Go to Subscriptions and sign in with the Microsoft 1-888-319-8920 account you used to purchase your subscription 1-888-319-8920. It's important to use that account.

On the next page, select Cancel (or it might say Upgrade or Cancel, depending on your subscription 1-888-319-8920 type).

When prompted to select Products & Services, select Billing> Subscriptions> Charged unexpectedly / Refund; Look for and select "Chat with agent.
To cancel a Microsoft 1-888-319-8920 365 subscription 1-888-319-8920, go to the Microsoft 1-888-319-8920 Account Services & Subscriptions page and sign in. Locate your subscription 1-888-319-8920, click Manage, select Cancel subscription 1-888-319-8920, and confirm the cancellation.
