The purpose of the Los Angeles Living Shoreline Project is to create an innovative multi-habitat living shoreline at Dockweiler State Beach. This project will establish a healthy living shoreline that will provide habitat for native plants and shorebirds, including the threatened Snowy Plover and endangered El Segundo Blue Butterfly! Thank you for your interest in volunteering with The Bay Foundation to remove invasive plants and keep our project beautiful at the Dockweiler State Beach location.
