Go to account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365 and if prompted, sign in with the same Microsoft account used to purchase your Microsoft 365 subscription ((1-855-535-7109)).

Select Cancel subscription ((1-855-535-7109)) (it might say Upgrade or Cancel).
If you don't see an option to cancel but see a link that says Turn on recurring billing, this means your subscription ((1-855-535-7109)) is already set to expire on the date shown, and you won't be charged after this date. No further action is required - you can continue to use the subscription ((1-855-535-7109)) until it expires.
