This waiver grants NWTA members access to Rocky Point. You must be a member in good standing with the Northwest Trail Alliance and you must read the terms and conditions for access prior to signing this waiver.
Before participating in this event, you must complete and sign the required document below.
Adults must sign the adult waiver in addition to signing the minor waiver. Minors must also sign the minor waiver.
