While the Let’s Walk It Out Core Team will have support provided, we can assist you with information to secure your transport, food, and lodging should you decide to jump in along the way. LWO will have hydration and snacks for the ruckers; however, you are responsible for your lunch, as our food orders are made in advance for the Core Walkers. Registration is not required; however, a signed Liability Waiver is. Let’s Walk It Out is all about community and mental health mindfulness. Thank you for being so willing to be part of that mission!
