Every year, over 400 soccer players take to Thomas College Athletic Fields to play 11-hours of continuous soccer games in honor and memory of Cassidy Charette. The day-long event kicks off at 8 a.m. welcoming high school boys and girls soccer teams from around the state participating in a round-robin friendly playday. From 3 to 6 p.m., teams of 11 players made up of Cassidy's former classmates, friends, family, and supporters in the community will take the field for an afternoon of non-competitive fun games! At 6 pm, the day concludes with a walk-on ceremony and final game between Cassidy's soccer alumni teammates from Messalonskee High School vs. her former Central Maine United Premier Soccer team.
