Music Under the Stars 2025 (copy)

Event Location: Olivas Adobe Historical Park, 4200 Olivas Park Drive Ventura
Music Under the Stars at the Olivas Adobe
We are looking for volunteers (ages 16 and up) to help with a variety of event-related duties, including but not limited to:
• set-up/and take down tables and chairs
• décor, signs, and barricades
• crowd management and parking lot control
• ticket takers
• gate attendants
• clean-up after concerts
We are looking for volunteers to commit to a minimum of 4 concerts, but are encouraged to work as many concerts in the series as you are available. 8 to 10 volunteers are needed at each concert.
Hours are 3 pm to 11 pm on the following Saturdays:
• July 12
• July 19
• July 26
• August 2
• August 9
• August 16
• August 23
• August 30
• September 6
Volunteer Orientation Meeting is at the Olivas Adobe (date & time to be determined). Dinner will be provided at location 4200 Olivas Park Dr.
