All participants—including students, staff, chaperones, speakers, guests, and visitors—must complete the RVR online waiver through Smartwaiver, regardless of activity participation. Parents attending with their minor child(ren) can be on the same waiver. If two or more adults from the same family are attending (e.g., spouses or adult children), each adult must complete their own waiver.
