Your child participated in the Plastic Free Hawaiʻi School Mural Contest, a program by Kokua Hawaiʻi Foundation. As part of the documentation and evaluation process for our programs, we ask teachers to submit photos of their activities. Your child may have been photographed. We kindly request permission to use photos shared by teachers in our outreach materials, which requires a separate form from the one you may have submitted for the Department of Education.
