International Day of Yoga 2024 will be held at beautiful Centennial Park in Nashville on Friday, June 21 from 5:30 to 8:00 pm. An all-levels yoga flow will take place from 6:00 to 7:00 pm with sound healing provided by Kristin Gore during savasana.
