Music Under the Stars at the Olivas Adobe
We are looking for volunteers (ages 16 and up) to help with a variety of event-related duties, including but not limited to:
• set-up/and take down tables and chairs
• décor, signs, and barricades
• crowd management and parking lot control
• ticket takers
• gate attendants
• clean-up after concerts

We are looking for volunteers to commit to a minimum of 4 concerts, but are encouraged to work as many concerts in the series as you are available. 8 to 10 volunteers are needed at each concert.
Hours are 3 pm to 11 pm on the following Saturdays:
• July 11th
• July 18th
• July 25th
• August 1st
• August 8th
• August 15th
• August 22nd
• August 29th

Volunteer Orientation Meeting:
June 29th 6pm-7pm – Dinner provided, 4200 Olivas Park Drive
