Please read all documents below and sign certifying you have read and agree to be bound by all information on this page.

Liability Release and Participation Waiver

I am aware of the risks associated with: the use of training and stunt equipment, martial arts, exercise, fitness, stunt training, and/or performance of any sort, including the risk of serious bodily injury, permanent disability, paralysis, and even death. I certify I am in good health and have no medical condition that would make it dangerous for me to complete the physical activities (the “Activities”). I have health and liability insurance sufficient to cover any personal injury or property damage I may sustain or cause while participating in or as a result of said activities. I hereby release Seventh Circle Productions LLC and their affiliates, employees, consultants, agents and assigns as well as the other course participants (the “Indemnified Parties”, also “Releasees”) from all claims, liability, damages or injuries that may arise in connection with the facility, including any claim connected with injury and/or illness that may incur or be sustained during the Activities and while traveling to and from the Location whether or not the Activities actually occur.

For outdoor instruction and/or activities, I agree to assume the risks of accident and illness including tripping/slipping/falling on naturally occurring conditions, animal bite or attack, insect bite or allergic reactions.

I hereby indemnify all Indemnified Parties and Releasees against all expenses, costs and losses, including reasonable attorneys fees and costs of suit that may arise with respect thereto. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY; BOTH KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF SEVENTH CIRCLE PRODUCTIONS LLC OR OTHERS. I, my heirs, and legal representatives forever release waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Seventh Circle Productions LLC for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.

I, in my own behalf, hereby warrant that I have read this Liability Release and Participation Waiver in its entirety and fully understand its contents. I, in my own behalf am aware this Liability Release releases Releasees, including Seventh Circle Productions LLC, from liability and contains an acknowledgement of my voluntary and knowing assumption of the risk of injury or illness. I further acknowledge that nothing in this Liability Release and Participation Waiver constitutes a guarantee that the Activities occur. I have signed this document voluntarily and of my own free will.



Emergency Medical Treatment

I agree that Seventh Circle Productions LLC, and their manager, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, sub-contractors, representatives, successors, assigns and volunteers, cannot be expected to control all possible risks but may need to respond to accidents, illnesses, injuries, and potential emergency situations. Therefore, I hereby give my consent for any medical treatment that may be required during my attendance with the understanding that the cost of any such treatment will be my responsibility. I authorize Seventh Circle Productions LLC to obtain necessary medical treatment and hereby release and hold harmless Releasees in the exercises of this authority. I have appropriate insurance or in its absence agree to pay all costs of rescue or medical services. I will be responsible for any and all medical and related bills that may be incurred for any illness or injury I may sustain during the Activities and while traveling to and from the property.



Photography, Video, & Social Media Release

I hereby authorize, without limitation, Seventh Circle Productions LLC to use photographs, video, and other media of myself while at Seventh Circle Productions property whether I am a participant or a spectator, and grant and convey to Seventh Circle Productions LLC, and their successors, assignees, licensees, sponsors, any television networks, and all other commercial exhibitors all rights, titles and interests in any and all media. This grant will include but not be limited to the right to copyright, use, alter, and publish such media, and the right to any royalties, proceeds or other benefits derived from the media. Media may be published on the Seventh Circle Productions website and in social channels including, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, and SnapChat. I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the media, any materials that may be used in connection with the media, or the use to which it may be applied. I further understand that Seventh Circle Productions LLC nor any third party is under any obligation to exercise any of the foregoing rights, licenses and privileges.



Intellectual Property Notice

Seventh Circle Productions LLC is the owner of an extensive array of intellectual property, including copyrighted materials, trademarks and patents. All content generated by or on behalf of Seventh Circle Productions (SVP)LLC, including but not limited to hard copy course manuals and materials, digital downloads of videos or course materials, any content available on the SCP website or the website of a SCP distributor, marketing materials branded with any of the SCP trademarks, text, graphics, logos, pictures, button icons, images, audio clips, and data compilations is the property of SCP protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws.

All content provided to you during your involvement in any seminars, courses, classes, activities, etc., while at Seventh Circle Productions property is the sole and exclusive property of SCP. You may access and make only personal, non-commercial copies of digital course materials SCP may provide you. Except as otherwise expressly granted herein, any other copying, redistribution, retransmission or publication of any downloaded material is strictly prohibited. You shall not prepare any derivative work of the course materials. You are not permitted to make, authorize or allow use of the SCP intellectual property in any other manner whatsoever.


I have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire document. I have read and understood it, and I agree to be bound by its terms. I also agree that this document is valid for subsequent visits and participation at Seventh Circle Productions.
