Welcome to IMAGINATION GENERATION! Congratulations! You have chosen to participate as a member of the new IMAGINATION GENERATION (IG) community. The IG mission is to provide business owners with the opportunity and resources to build out the generosity pillar of their business by enabling collaboration at scale, providing valuable marketing materials, and hands-on impact projects.

Imagination Generation is a platform to build businesses of significance for wild generosity with our unique combination of charitable efforts and scalable outreach.

IMAGINATION GENERATION Membership Terms and Conditions

IG members should strive to be a positive reflection of the IG community. IG Membership officially begins on the first day of the first month after the Setup Fee (if applicable) is paid by the IG member. Your IG Membership will be renewed on a month-to-month basis, unless otherwise determined in accordance with these terms.

IMAGINATION GENERATION Membership Fees

IMAGINATION GENERATION membership requires a $0 Setup/Onboarding Fee. Your credit card will automatically be billed $35/month upon signup, and every 30 days going forward. Members will be provided immediate access to the IG Platform for the duration of membership. Upon cancellation or termination, access to the IG Platform will be revoked at the end of the paid period as outlined below.

Cancellation & Termination

Membership can be terminated without cause at any time, upon providing written notice to IG leadership. The monthly membership fee at the time of termination shall not be prorated or refunded (by bank chargeback request) unless agreed upon, in writing, by both parties.

Individual License

Membership into IG is assigned exclusively to the individual as accepted, and  cannot be re-assigned, transferred, or shared, except as part of an IG registered team.

Payment Processing

Subscriber will accept responsibility for all chargebacks related to subscriber's transactions. Accordingly, subscribers will be liable to IG in the amount of any transaction disputed by the cardholder or card Issuer for any reason. Subscriber agrees to fully cooperate with IG and payment processor regarding all reimbursement of all chargebacks. Subscriber will pay the current published fees for each chargeback and any other fines, fees, or assessments imposed by any card network or card issuer.

Electronic Signature Consent*
 By checking here, you are consenting to the use of your electronic signature in lieu of an original signature on paper. You have the right to request that you sign a paper copy instead. By checking here, you are waiving that right. After consent, you may, upon written request to us, obtain a paper copy of an electronic record. No fee will be charged for such copy and no special hardware or software is required to view it. Your agreement to use an electronic signature with us for any documents will continue until such time as you notify us in writing that you no longer wish to use an electronic signature. There is no penalty for withdrawing your consent. You should always make sure that we have a current email address in order to contact you regarding any changes, if necessary.
