Pet Policy

 

 

Upper Clements Cottages & RV Park is an accommodation where pets are welcome in the campground and elsewhere on the premises. Pets are not allowed in the rental units or in their close proximity, with the exception of Cottage #6 & 7.

 

We are the Bunny Place, so bunnies are precious to us.

Please don’t let your pet chase or hurt them or any other animals on the property.

 

 

Please follow these simple rules during your stay:

 

❖    The pet’s owner is responsible for cleaning after his/her pets at all times.

 

❖    All animals are required to be under the control and visual observation of their owner at all times. A 6 foot leash rule is in effect whenever the animal is outside the owner’s trailer, vehicle, motorhome or cottage. No pet should be left tied up and unattended outside the owner’s unit.

 

❖    Pets are not allowed in the pool area.

 

❖    All pets will have the required shots, licenses and tags. They must also be approved by management if necessary. Their number can be limited.

 

❖    Allowing your pet to bark uncontrollably, day or night, will not be permitted.

 

❖    Aggressive dogs of any breed are not welcome. Any dog showing a behavior that is protective and unfriendly to strangers won’t be tolerated.

❖    Do not leave pets unattended in the cottages unless crated

 

Anyone not abiding by the Upper Clements Cottages & RV Park rules will be asked to leave with no refund.


 

Service dogs of any breed are welcome at Upper Clements Cottages & RV Park. However, these animals must follow leash restraint policies and may not exhibit aggressive behavior.
