RACE CAR RENTAL APPLICATION FORM

FASTLANE Racing School will provide race-prepared Supercharged Scion TC or Scion FR-S to rent for University of VARA on January 21st & 22nd of 2023 and is good for duration of the course and only VARA approved exercises; Price for VARA is good for both days. FASTLANE provides the race car, mechanic and fuel. Helmet and Driving Suit are available for an additional rental fee. FastLane does not provide Racing Gloves, VARA may have gloves available for sale but will not require gloves to run in the event. Helmet and suits available for rental to others. Please call (661) 257-8980 if you have any questions.

POLICIES

1. Refunds will be issued with a fourteen (14) day written cancellation notice emailed to: info@raceschool.com

2. There are no refunds without a fourteen (14) day cancellation notice. NO EXCEPTIONS

3. Renter assumes all liability for damage to the car. Only Renter named above is authorized to drive the rented race car. Renter has the option to purchase Damage Liability Insurance listed above.

4. If the car suffers mechanical failure, FASTLANE will make its best attempt to provide a backup race car.

5. At any time, FASTLANE reserves the right to remove the driver from the race car if driver displays unsafe or abusive behavior. This is at the sole discretion of FASTLANE staff. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

Damage Liability Insurance - individual purchase for Fast Lane vehicles and will reduce your 1st Accident Damage Limitation to $5,000 for only one listed driver in the agreement. Coverage applies only to the Fast Lane Vehicle you're using at the time of the accident and coverage does not apply to any liability, affiliation, or supplemental to VARA or provide coverage to others in any manner. Price is for the duration of the event. $500
