All players 17 and under MUST HAVE a liability waiver/rental agreement signed by their parent or legal guardian. EVERYONE MUST HAVE a liability waiver/rental agreement COMPLETELY filled out. Ages 18+ must provide a valid drivers license. In consideration of CartCon1 Airsoft, furnishing privately owned land and equipment located at 8425 Horton HWY, College Grove, TN 37046, to enable me to participate in Airsoft games.

I agree as follows:

ALL PLAYERS 10 – 11 YEARS OF AGE MUST HAVE PARENT OR GUARDIAN ON FIELD PARTICIPATING WITH THEM AT ALL TIMES.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I fully understand and acknowledge that;

(a) risks and dangers exist in my use of Airsoft equipment and my participation in Airsoft activities;

(b) my participation in such activities and/or use of such equipment may result in my injury, or illness including but not limited to bodily injury, disease, sprains, fractures, partial and/or total paralysis, eye injury, blindness, heat stroke, heart attack, death, or other ailments that could cause serious disability;

(c) these risks and dangers may be caused by the negligence of the officers or agents of CARTCON1 AIRSOFT , the negligence of the participants, the negligence of others, accidents, breaches of contract, the forces of natures such as snakes or other causes. WATER HAZARD WARNING: There are a few bodies of water that are over 10 FT. DEEP in some locations; USE EXTREME CAUTION! These risks and dangers may arise from foreseeable or unforeseeable causes;

(d) by my participation in these activities and/or use of equipment, I hereby assume all risks and dangers and all responsibility for any losses and/or damages, whether caused in whole or in part by the negligence of other conduct of the officers and agents of CARTCON1 AIRSOFT. I, on behalf of myself, my personal representatives and my heirs, hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend and indemnify CARTCON1 AIRSOFT, and its agents and officers and property owners from any and all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services or otherwise which may arise out of my use of Airsoft equipment or my participation in Airsoft activities. I specifically understand that I am releasing, discharging, and waiving any claims or actions that I may have presently or in the future for the negligent acts or other conducts by the agents or officers of CARTCON1 AIRSOFT, and its property owners. CARTCON1 AIRSOFT reserves all photographic and motion picture footage rights. By participation in Airsoft play, I consent that my image may be captured in photographs and/or motion picture footage and utilized exclusively by CARTCON1 AIRSOFT, with no compensation for its usage. I acknowledge that I may not capture any photographs and/or video media for my own usage without the expressed permission from CARTCON1 AIRSOFT. SAFETY RULES: I have read and agree to abide the posted safety rules and rules of engagement. I hereby acknowledge that I have read this agreement, and have voluntarily and freely sign it with the intent that it be, and understanding that it is, a legally binding agreement. To the extent that I have any doubts concerning any aspect to its contents or their meaning, I will consult an attorney before signing it.

THIS IS A RELEASE, READ BEFORE SIGNING: I am at least 18 years of age, and have executed this Agreement on the day, month, and year written below. Further, by signing, I declare that I have read, understood, and agree to CARTCON1 AIRSOFT “Safety Rules and Rules of Engagement”. GUARANTOR’S AGREEMENT: My signature below indicates that I guarantee all of the obligations imposed upon the minor participant under this Agreement and have read and fully understand all of its items. I also agree to give permission to CARTCON1 AIRSOFT to authorize emergency medical treatment as may be deemed necessary for the child named below. In addition, I declare I have read and understand CARTCON1 AIRSOFT “Safety Rules”, and our mandatory Eye and Face Protection Systems.

RENTAL AGREEMENT

I, the undersigned, am willing to rent equipment from CartCon1 Airsoft and take full responsibility for any misuse or abuse of this equipment while in my possession.

I will take full responsibility for any repairs or parts that are required due to damage caused to this equipment while in my possession.

I fully understand this equipment is rented to me directly and regardless of who is currently in possession of this equipment when damage occurs, I am still responsible. Fees may vary between $10 to $200 per item. I will not be responsible for any normal wear-and-tear use of this equipment. Problems due to normal maintenance or wear-and-tear are not my responsibility and have the right to request a replacement that is experiencing this problem.

I also hereby agree to not take any rented equipment off the premises at any time for any reason. To do so would be considered theft of property and result in the prosecution to the full extent of the law.

I further agree to use only the BBs sold by CartCon1 Airsoft in this piece of equipment, I WILL NOT pick BBs up off the ground and use them in this piece of equipment, and understand I will be charged an additional $25 for violation of this agreement.

By signing this agreement, I hereby certify that I accept this responsibility and acknowledge no current damage to this piece of equipment rented to me.
