Direct Pay: Parent Payment Responsibility Agreement

We are excited to share our programs with your student. We are a small, family run business and depend on our customers being honest with us about their commitment to attend. We understand Alaska has a lot to offer and simply ask that you verify your schedule before choosing to book with us. We can only accept a certain amount of students each week and we depend on this income to keep our programs running. Once we reserve a spot for your child we are not allowing another interested student to register and therefor can not accept nonpayment for a student. We understand unforeseen situations occur, please review our payment policy online as well as our covid protocol. By signing this document you are agreeing to these terms of service. Generally our education programs are paid for in full prior to attendance the same as any other similar program in this industry. In order to make things convenient for parents participating in allotment programs we have entered into an agreement with several home-school allotment programs to provide services in advance of payment, a fashion that is not typical for this industry. In order to continue this arrangement we ask parents to check in with their teaching advisor before reserving with us and once registered to honor the agreement that has been made to attend. 


This is a legally binding agreement for payment of services with Follow the Child/ Party Ponies and Friends education programs. Many allotment programs pay for our services after they are provided. Please review your child's ILP/Learning Plan and ask your teaching advisor if our programs are covered before your child's first class. As your child's primary educator it is your responsibility to make sure that you have the funds available for our services and that the education we provide aligns with your child's ILP and follows what you intend to teach your child. We do not have access to your private information held with your allotment program, there for it is your responsibility to make sure your Home school program will cover the fees for your child to attend. In the event that your home school allotment program does not cover your child's tuition , you will be responsible for any amount not paid. All past due and current amounts will need to be paid in advance prior to your child's next scheduled class with us. By signing this agreement you understand that you are responsible for payment of services to Follow the Child/ Party Ponies and Friends, either through the direct pay option and approval by your Homes school , or by paying us directly with cash or credit card.
