Personal Watercraft (PWC) Rental Agreement 

In consideration, for being allowed by Iowa Jet Ski LLC, (hereinafter referred to as the Company) to participate in watersport events and activities, and/or being provided with water sport recreational property, equipment or services, for myself and any minor children for whom I am parent, legal guardian or otherwise responsible, and for my/our heirs, personal representatives or assigns, I acknowledge that I have read, understood and agreed with any and all provisions listed on the front and back of this document, as evidenced by my signature and initial in and throughout this document.

 

RESPONSIBILITY: I hereby agree to assume full responsibility for physical damages to the vessel during my time of possession of the vehicle. Furthermore, in such cases where I/we, the undersigned, was/were not the party at fault, all cartage expenses, repairs, and downtime will be charged to me/us, following which I/we agree to seek reimbursement from any third parties separately.

 

ADHERENCE TO RULES: I hereby agree to follow ALL instructions and commands of the Company. Failure to follow any instructions or commands or rules or failure to comply with any of the aforementioned agreements and acknowledgements, is grounds for Iowa Jet Ski LLC (based on the Company’s judgment and option) to immediately terminate the rental of the personal watercraft (Jet Ski) and will result in full forfeiture of any monies paid or to be paid, regardless of the time left, and in spite of time lost. Payments of all fees are due no later than the end of the rental, the failure of which constitutes theft and will result in the notification and beckoning of authorities to enforce the provisions of this contract

 

Main Rules are listed but not limited to the following below

1.    Must comply with all Iowa laws

2.    No beaching the watercraft

3.    No towing with the watercraft

4.    Must stay 100 feet away from other watercrafts while moving at all times

5.    Must stay within rental parameters

6.    No docking without assistance from a company employee

7.    No switching passengers during the rental

8.    No modifying watercraft, no refueling without assistance from company

9.    Watercraft must be returned in the same condition it was in before your rental

10.  Watercraft must be returned ON TIME! We have a 5 minute grace period, after that you will be charged an additional $50 every 15 minutes that you are late.

11.  If the watercraft flips over you must immediately flip it back over in accordance with the sticker on the back of the watercraft, failure to do so will result in damage.

12.   You must have a cell phone on you at all times.
