MOLLY'S MINI FARM — GUEST WAIVER, RELEASE & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Intimate Celebrations LLC dba Molly's Mini Farm ("Provider")

By signing below, I confirm I am at least 18 years old and I am signing for myself and on behalf of any minor children or guests in my care (together, "Releasing Parties"). This waiver applies to my visit and participation in any farm tour, animal experience, birthday party, private event, photography session, or other activity at Provider's property or a Provider-operated event.

1. Assumption of Risk. I understand that interacting with miniature Highland cattle, alpacas, miniature goats, miniature donkeys, sheep, rabbits, chickens, dogs, and other farm animals carries INHERENT RISKS that cannot be eliminated. These include, without limitation: unpredictable animal behavior; being kicked, bitten, scratched, butted, knocked down, or trampled; exposure to animal waste, bacteria, parasites, or allergens; uneven terrain, fencing, structures, and equipment; weather; and allergic reactions. I VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS, known and unknown, for myself and all Releasing Parties.



2. Release From Liability. In exchange for being allowed to participate, I, on behalf of all Releasing Parties (including my children, heirs, and legal representatives), agree NOT to sue or make any claim against Provider, its owners, members, managers, employees, staff, handlers, contractors, insurers, and agents ("Released Parties") for any injury, illness, death, or property damage. THIS RELEASE APPLIES TO ALL HARM, INCLUDING THAT CAUSED BY THE PASSIVE OR ACTIVE NEGLIGENCE of the Released Parties, except for gross negligence or willful misconduct.



3. California Agritourism Warning. WARNING: Under California Civil Code §2782, an agricultural tourism provider is not liable for injury to or death of a participant resulting from the inherent risks of agritourism activities.



4. Indemnification. If any claim is brought against a Released Party because of the actions of me or anyone in my care, I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from all resulting claims, damages, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

5. Safety & Conduct. I agree to follow all staff instructions and posted rules, wear closed-toe shoes, supervise minors in my care at all times (children under 12 within arm's reach during animal contact), and feed animals only with Provider-supplied food under staff direction. I understand guests who violate safety rules may be removed without refund.

6. Media Consent. I grant Provider permission to photograph and record me and the minors in my care, and to use that media for marketing and promotional purposes. If I do not consent, I will notify staff in writing upon arrival.

7. Minors in My Care. If minors are attending, I am signing on their behalf.

Acknowledgment. I HAVE READ THIS WAIVER, UNDERSTAND IT IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND SIGN IT FREELY. This waiver works together with Provider's full Terms of Service and, where applicable, the Event and Animal Experience Agreement signed by the event host.
