Rowan's Law Confirmation - Athletes/Parents/Guardians

As required by Rowan's Law, amateur competitive athletes in Ontario under 26 years of age, as well as a parent/guardian of any athletes under 18 years of age, must confirm once every year prior to participation in a program at the Toronto Windsurfing Club that: 

1. They have reviewed one of the Government of Ontario Concussion Awareness Resources which is appropriate for the athlete’s age category.

2. They have reviewed and commit to abide by Ontario Sailing’s Concussion Code of Conduct for Athletes and Parents/Guardians 

This confirmation will be retained by the Toronto Windsurfing Club in the event of an audit by the Government of Ontario.
