I understand my Sweet Reserve payment and benefits will begin on the 1st of the upcoming month and renews automatically each month.

I understand that the monthly Sweet Reserve charge of $75 is non-refundable and will be billed to the card on file each month.

I understand The Sweet Reserve requires a minimum 60-day commitment beginning on my membership start date. During this period, the memberships cannot be canceled.

I understand the Sweet Reserve cannot be paused, skipped, or frozen at any time. The membership must remain active month-to-month to access my credit and 10% discount.

I understand my $75 monthly charge becomes Sweet Reserve credit that I may use toward services or products only while my membership is active.

I understand I must email support@sweetlybronzed.com by the 25th of the month to cancel for the upcoming month. If I cancel after the 25th, I will still be billed for the next month.

I understand that upon canceling my Sweet Reserve, I have 30 days to redeem any remaining credit. After 30 days, all unused credit will automatically expire with no exceptions.

I understand that Sweet Reserve credits and benefits are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.

I understand that friend referral credits, promo codes, or any additional discounts cannot be combined with the Sweet Reserve 10% discount.

If the card on file is declined, I agree to update my payment method and submit payment promptly. I understand my Sweet Reserve credits and benefits are unavailable until my account is paid, up to date and active.

I understand that Sweet Reserve credit cannot be used toward gratuity, late cancellation fees, late rescheduling fees, or no-show fees. Any applicable fees and service provider gratuities will be charged separately to the card on file, in accordance with Sweetly Bronzed's policies.

I understand Sweetly Bronzed has the right to terminate my Sweet Reserve membership due to repeated declined payments or policy violations. If terminated, unused credits are forfeited.
