Sharing Your Personal Information

● TASER: TASER cartridges contain anti-felon identification tags that are expelled upon firing, and would be harvested by law enforcement in the event of a TASER being suspected of use in a criminal act. TASER dealers, such as Threat Spectrum, are required to record Personal Information linking cartridges of ammunition to those persons who were provided such cartridges, including credit card or other payment details, identification card details, name, address, and contact information. Threat Spectrum will provide such Personal Information to Axon Enterprises, Inc. and/or its successor. You understand this will result in your Personal Information being collected, stored and shared by Axon Enterprises, Inc.
● Instructors: If you are participating in any services offered by Threat Spectrum, Threat Spectrum may share your Information with other instructors who have expertise in areas related to the services you are receiving. Such sharing is limited to the extent necessary to provide you with the services or products you request from Threat Spectrum, and Threat Spectrum will require them to agree to maintain the confidentiality of your Personal Information. Threat Spectrum will obtain your consent before allowing any instructor with whom Threat Spectrum has shared your Personal Information to use your Personal Information in a way that does not comply with this Privacy Policy; provided, however, if you enter into a separate agreement with another instructor who has received your Information, that agreement will control their use of your Information, in which case this Privacy Policy does not apply to the Information held by them.
● Third Party Suppliers: Threat Spectrum may engage other people or companies to perform tasks on Threat Spectrum’s behalf and/or provide various products or services to Threat Spectrum, and may need to share your Information with them in order to communicate with you, to provide advertising, informational and/or promotional materials to you, and/or to provide the Website, services, and/or products to you.
