Liability Waiver 

I, the undersigned participant (or parent/guardian of the participant), hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions related to my (or my child's) participation in the activities, including but not limited to parkour, ninja warrior, gymnastic, running, jumping and climbing provided by Playing at the ORC, LLC. I am aware that the activities involve physical exertion, potential risks, and the use of equipment that may lead to accidents, injuries, or even death. I voluntarily choose to participate and fully assume all associated risks. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless, Playing at the ORC, its staff, and any affiliated parties from any and all claims, liabilities, actions, demands, expenses, or damages that may arise as a result of my (or my child's) participation in the activities. I agree to indemnify and hold Playing at the ORC, its staff, and any affiliated parties harmless against any claims, liabilities, actions, demands, expenses, or damages incurred due to my (or my child's) actions or negligence during participation.

Photo Release 

I grant Playing at the ORC the right to use photographs and videos taken during the activities for promotional and educational purposes without compensation. If you do not want to sign this photo release, please notify Playing at the ORC management
