Church Terms & Conditions and Release from Liability

This agreement is made and entered between Sydney Finn LLC (contractor), and client. Sydney Finn LLC (contractor) and client agree as follows:

1. Contractor is giving Client access to Church while their membership is active. 

2. Church includes:

  • 1 monthly sermon (posted inside the Rev. Sydney Finn Mighty Network)
  • 1 monthly moving prayer (posted inside the Rev. Sydney Finn Mighty Network)
  • 1 monthly grace journaling session (posted inside the Rev. Sydney Finn Mighty Network)
  • 1 monthly holy revelation (posted inside the Rev. Sydney Finn Mighty Network)
  • Access to the Astral Playground library on the Rev. Sydney Finn Mighty Network

Driving and Operating Heavy Machinery:

1. Client understands that Astral Playground sessions, meditations, and Moving Prayers should not be done while driving or operating heavy machinery. 

Financial Agreement: 

1. Client shall pay Contractor $129 per month for at least 6 months, or $1,200 USD per year for the annual subscription to Church. For monthly payments, after 6 months, client may cancel their subscription at any time.

2. For monthly payments: client agrees that Church is a 6 month commitment. Failure to complete at least 6 payments will disqualify you from all future payment plan options, masterminds, and 1:1 offers. You agree that in order to regain eligibility, you must complete any remaining payments. 

3. You (client) acknowledge that billing for Church comes through your account on www.revsydneyfinn.com, and you have full control over cancelling your account. If you are needing any help with payment issues, you will email our team at hello@onyxhealing.com. You acknowledge you are responsible for cancelling your account before the next billing cycle, after the fulfillment of your financial agreement. 

4. By signing this contract you agree there are no refunds.

5. Contractor reserves the right to cancel services at any time.

6. Client reserves the right to leave Church at any time.

7. Client agrees to follow the dispute resolution process outlined below before attempting to dispute any charges via credit card companies or banks. 

Community Guidelines: 

1. Client agrees that Church is a private space, and will respect the privacy of others.  

2. Client agrees they may not post spam in Church. 

3. Client agrees that posting promotional content is prohibited. You may not self-promote or sell products/services. No selling allowed.

4. Client agrees that personal attacks, trolling, and abuse are not allowed.

5. Client agrees not to post explicit, rude or aggressive content. 

6. Client understands that violating any of the terms outlined above will lead to a warning and/or immediate expulsion from Church (depending on the nature of the offense). 

7. Basically, be courteous, respectful, and kind. Use common sense. 

Defamation and Intellectual Property: 

1. Sharing, distributing, or selling any posts or content is strictly prohibited. All materials inside of Church are exclusively for personal use. 

2. You do not have permission to teach any of the concepts or processes inside of Church. 

3. Any form of defamation (public or anonymous) will be met with legal action, prosecution, and/or forensic investigation as needed. In the event of defamation, you are financially liable for the emotional damages of anyone involved and/or effected, as well as all accrued legal and investigation fees. 

4. Client understands that violating any of the terms outlined above will lead to immediate expulsion from Church. 

Release from Liability:

I hereby release Rev. Sydney Finn, Sydney Finn LLC, their contractors, agents, employees, successors and assigns, and their respective heirs, personal representative, affiliates, and any or all persons, liable or who might be claimed to be liable, whether or not here in named, none of whom admit any liability to the undersigned, but all expressly denying liability, for any, and all actions, causes of action, claims and demands of any and every kind and also any all injuries and damages that may occur in the present or develop in the future. I am over 18 years of age. I am currently under the care of a physician or other health care practitioner. I understand that no physician-patient relationship is established through my participation in workshops, movement sessions, or any guided practices in Church. I understand that this is not psychotherapy or medical treatment.

I understand that Church is faith based, and that the purpose of all the material and practices inside is for the well being of my heart and mind. I understand that there is no implied or stated guarantee of success or effectiveness of individual technique or process. I hereby acknowledge that this is not a substitute for medical care, examination or diagnosis. Rev. Sydney Finn does not diagnose, give medical advice, or make a claim to cure, or predict the future. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Dispute Resolution: Rev. Sydney Finn and the Client agree to first enter into negotiations to resolve any controversy, claim or despite ("dispute") arising under or related to this Contract. The parties agree to negotiate in good faith to reach a mutually agreeable resolution of such dispute within a reasonable period of time. If good faith negotiations are unsuccessful, the such dispute will be mediated by a mutually-acceptable mediator to be chosen by the parties within fifteen (15) business days after written notice by one of the parties demanding mediation. Neither party may unreasonably withhold consent to the selection of the mediator. The parties agree to share the cost of the mediation equally. Such mediation will take place in San Francisco, California. If the dispute cannot be resolved by the parties through negotiation or mediation within forty-five (45) days of the date of the initial demand for mediation by one of the parties, then either party may seek resolution of the dispute as otherwise provided in this Contract and by laws of the State of California.

Governing Law/Venue: This agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any claim, action, or suit between Rev. Sydney Finn and the Client that arise out of or relates to performance of this agreement shall be brought and conducted solely and exclusively within the Circuit Court of San Francisco County, California. Provided, however, that if such a claim, action or suit may be brought only in a federal forum, it shall be brought and conducted solely and exclusively within the United States District Court of California. Client, by execution of this agreement, hereby consents to the in personal jurisdiction of said courts.
