In consideration for being permitted to access and use the shooting range, facilities, and equipment (the “Range”), including the use of firearms equipped with Forced Reset Triggers (FRT), Fully Automatic firearms, and Binary Triggers, the undersigned (“Participant”) agrees to the following:


1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Participant understands and acknowledges that the use of firearms, including but not limited to those equipped with FRT, fully automatic capabilities, and binary trigger systems, involves inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, serious bodily injury, permanent disability, death, property damage, and other unforeseen hazards.

Participant voluntarily assumes full responsibility for any and all risks, known or unknown, associated with these activities.



2. FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR FIREARM USE

Participant agrees to accept full and sole responsibility for the safe handling, operation, and control of any firearm used while on the premises, including those equipped with:

  • Forced Reset Triggers (FRT)
  • Fully Automatic fire capability
  • Binary trigger systems

Participant acknowledges that these firearm systems may increase the rate of fire and require heightened attention, skill, and control.



3. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND RULES

Participant agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding firearm ownership and use. Participant further agrees to follow all Range rules, safety procedures, and instructions provided by Range staff at all times.

Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.



4. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Participant, on behalf of themselves and their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby releases, waives, and discharges the Range, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained while participating in activities at the Range.



5. INDEMNIFICATION

Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Range and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of Participant’s actions, negligence, or misuse of firearms.



6. SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Participant acknowledges that they have received, understand, and agree to follow all Range safety rules. Participant further acknowledges that they are physically and mentally capable of safely handling firearms.



7. NO WARRANTIES

The Range makes no warranties regarding the safety or condition of firearms or equipment used by Participant.



8. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.



9. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.



BY SIGNING BELOW, PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO ALL TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
