"4wheeling the farm" Waiver

In consideration for the foregoing, I, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I have or may have against Patriot Jeepers, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Patriot Jeepers"). In addition, I agree to hold harmless any and all trail leaders, Patriot Jeepers Directors, private property holders, participating sponsors, and supporters for all claims of damages, demands, actions, whatsoever in any manner, as a result of my participation in 4 Wheeling the Farm.

I attest and verify that I will be responsible for any injury to myself or anyone riding in my vehicle and that I will be responsible for any/all damage to said vehicle. Furthermore, I certify that my vehicle meets the safety requirements for legal operation in the state for which I reside, including but not limited to a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and vehicle insurance, and for the rules of Patriot Jeepers. I agree to read the trail descriptions and difficulty ratings for all scheduled trail rides and will choose accordingly based on my equipment and driving experience. 

I agree to use proper safety belts for my passengers and myself while my vehicle is being operated on the trails.
