Trip Cancellation: If the trip is canceled for any reason by either Divi Flamingo Beach Resort or Undersea Dives Inc., I understand that I will not be entitled to a refund. Instead, the trip will be rescheduled for a future date. If I am unable to attend the rescheduled trip, Undersea Dives Inc. will make reasonable efforts to fill my spot. If my spot is successfully filled, I will receive a refund, less a 7% credit card processing fee (this fee does not apply if payment was made by check or cash). If my spot cannot be filled, I understand that I will not be eligible for a refund. If the trip cannot be rescheduled due to circumstances beyond their control, I understand that I will receive a full refund. Cancellation by Participant:
In the event I need to cancel my participation, I understand that I will not receive a refund unless my spot is filled. If my spot is filled, I will receive a refund, less a 7% credit card processing fee (no fee will be deducted if payment was made by check or cash). I agree to comply with the payment schedule, which is as follows: - A $500 deposit is due at the time of registration.
