If tuition payment is not paid in full by the 7th of EVERY month (9pm on the 7th), S1D2 will impose a $25.00 late fee PER CHILD to your account at 9pm on the 7th. If said tuition is overdue past 30 days, your child(ren) may not be allowed to participate in class until payment is received. If your tuition payment made by credit card is declined thru our automatic withdrawal system your account will automatically be charged a $30.00 decline fee on the 1st of the month, which must be paid along with tuition by the 7th. If your payment is received after the 7th (which is late) the additional $25.00 late fee per child will be assessed to your account as well - regardless of any card compromise.If your card(s) are compromised twice we will void this form of payment from your account, leaving only cash or check options available to you. Please log in and update your credit card on your account portal. PLEASE NOTE- YOU HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT THROUGH OUR WEBSITE AT ANY TIME. CARDS MAY BE UPDATED OR CHANGED THROUGH THIS PROCESS AT YOUR CONVENIENCE. THE STUDIO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADD PROCESSING/DECLINE FEES OR LATE FEES TO ACCOUNTS FOR DECLINED OR COMPROMISED CREDIT CARDS. www.step1dance2.com You acknowledge that you are responsible to make timely monthly payments due to Step 1 Dance 2 Academy, and further acknowledge that if your payment is not received on or before the due date, you authorize Step 1 Dance 2 Academy to initiate electronic payments for any balanced due on your account. Payment will be processed with the payment method listed above/on your account, that will be kept on file with Step 1 Dance 2 Academy. Email notification will be sent anytime a payment is processed if you have not opted out of email communications. If for whatever reason payment cannot be processed with the above payment information and your account balance remains overdue, you understand that your enrollment in classes will be terminated. Any and all payment disputes will be presented with this signed electronic document. Returned Checks: All returned checks will incur a fee of $30.00 to your account. If your payment is received after the 7th (which is late) the additional $25.00 late fee will be assessed to your account as well regardless of any compromise. (No checks at this time) 6. Step 1 Dance 2 Academy reserves the right to deny any payment by check or credit on any account if payments are compromised! Student Class Withdraw: If for any reason, your student decides to withdraw from a class (in studio or virtual), we require 30 days notice to be given with the proper Withdrawal Form filled out and signed by the owner/office manager. You will be responsible for tuition for the 30 days, in which we will still send an invoice. Prepaid tuition will not be refunded, but a credit will be placed on your account with the ability to use towards the next available class session. The registration/showcase fee is non-refundable and showcase withdrawal fee will be charged to account per withdrawal. I/We, the undersigned, have read and understand the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, for the enrollment of Student(s) for the 2024-2025 dance year. I/We agree to abide by said terms and conditions and agree to fulfill the total financial obligation for monthly payment of tuition as set forth herein. I understand that this authorization will remain in effect until I cancel via email & agree to notify S1D2 in writing of any changes to may account information or termination of this authorization at least 7 days prior to the next billing date (1st of each month). I understand I will incur a $30 decline fee if my card gets declined & I will be responsible for the fee in addition to the tuition. I certify that I am the authorized user of this card & WILL NOT DISPUTE these scheduled transactions. THE STUDIO IS PROUDLY PCI & PII COMPLIANT I have received or will obtain a copy of Step 1 Dance 2 Academy policies and will take the responsibility to carefully read and follow the rules and policies therein. I understand that Step 1 Dance 2 Academy does not give credit and/or refunds for class(es) missed due to holiday, vacation, illness, weather etc. I further understand that there are specific risks of physical or property damages, losses, or injury that may result from my or my child’s participation with Step 1 Dance 2 Academy, and I voluntarily assume the risks associated with such participation.
