أهلا بكم في "العرين للتدريب على فنون الدفاع عن النفس" حيثُ يُمكنكم تعلُّم مهارات الدفاع عن النفس واللياقة البدنية والرفع من ثقتكم بأنفسكم وتحقيق مستويات أعلى من التركيز والإنضباط. نرجو منكم إكمال الوثيقة الذكية التالية لنتمكن من خدمتكم


In consideration of my attendance and participation in the Martial arts and Fitness training offered by AL AREEN MARTIAL ARTS, I, the student/parent accept and assume all risks, and further relieve the academy, its management and all members of staff from any liability resulting from loss- whether personal belongings or injury. I also hereby state that myself or my child is physically fit to undertake the prescribed course of instructions explained to me and do so of my own free will in exchange for an agreed fee. I understand that all payments are NON-NEGOTIABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-EXTENDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Al Areen Martial Arts reserve the right to make alterations to the schedule, training fees and to the content of its programs as part of its commitment to constant improvement. 


بالأخذ بعين الإعتبار حضوري ومشاركتي في برامج التدريب على فنون الدفاع عن النفس واللياقة البدنية في "العرين للتدريب على فنون الدفاع عن النفس"؛ أقبل أنا كطالب/وليّ أمر وأفترض كافة المخاطر وعليه أُخلي الأكاديمية وإدارتها وفريق العمل فيها من أي مسؤولية في حال الإصابة او وجود اي مفقودات لأي من المُقتنيات الشخصية. كما أُقرّ وبكامل حُريّتي بأنّي و/أو إبني/إبنتي لائقين بدنياً للإنتساب الى البرنامج التدريبي وبحسب التعليمات الموضّحة مقابل الرسم الشهري المُتفقّ علية. كما أُدرِك بأن كافة الرسوم غير قابلة للتفاوض أو الإسترجاع أو التمديد أو التناقُل. تحفظ "العرين للتدريب على فنون الدفاع عن النفس" حقّها في تعديل مواعيد البرامج التدريبيّة والمُدرِّبين ورسوم التدريب والمُحتوى التدريبي وذلك كجزء من التزامها بإستمرارية والتطوُّر.

CODE OF CONDUCT


  • Do not come to the class when you are ill
  • If you arrive late, do not enter the training mat immediately. Wait to capture the instructor's attention and receive permission to join the mat. 
  • Keep a high personal hygiene standard when attending class.
  • Wearing of Al Areen approved apparel/uniform is a must at all time.
  • No shoes on the mat, you can wear socks. 
  • Keep the academy neat and tidy.
  • Own your personal training equipment (gloves, pads, insteps, sticks etc.).
  • Do not train wearing any jewellery (earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, nose rings, anklets and watches.)
  • Do not chew gum whilst training. 
  • Do not use foul language or profanities. 
  • Do not spar or touch any training equipment without permission. 
  • Do not use your martial arts skills outside the academy for anything other than for self-defense and/or sports combat tournaments sanctioned by the relevant legal sporting federation. 
  • Do not insult any other martial arts school, club or style. 
  • Take care of your training partner, you are here to help them; not to hurt them.
  • Report any injuries or suspicious activities to the instructors. 
  • Do not be rude or be disrespectful to any member of staff, students or guests (no shouting, threatening or showing of aggression)
  • All students under the age of 10 must be dropped off and picked up from the green zone in the academy.


القواعد السلوكيّة



  • يُمنع حضور الحصص التدريبة إذا كنت مريضاً 


  • في حال وصولك مُتأخرا الى الحصة، الرجاء عدم الدخول الى ساحة التدريب مباشرة، إنتظر تعليمات المدرِّب الى أن يأذن لك بذلك. 


  • حافظ على معايير عالية لنظافتك الشخصية عند حضورك حصص التدريب
  • يجب عليك الإلتزام باللباس الخاص بالعرين في الحصص التدريبية. كما يتوجب عليك شراء الزّي الرسمي التقليدي (البدلة) عند حضورك حدث التقييم الرسمي في الفنون الفلبينية القتاليّة. 


  • لا يُسمح بإرتداء الأحذية على حصيرة التدريب، يُسمح بإرتداء الجوارب إذا تطلّب الأمر


  • حافظ على نظافة الأكاديمية وترتيبها 


  • يجب عليك شراء/ إمتلاك أدوات التدريب الخاصة بك (قفّازات، عصي وغيرها) 


  • يُمنع إرتداء المجوهرات أثناء التدريب (الأحلاق، العقود، الأساور، الخواتم، حُلِيّ الأنف، الخلخال والساعات) 


  • يُمنع مضغ اللِّبان أثناء التدريب 


  • يُمنع إستخدام أي لغو فاسد أو كريه أو مؤذي 


  • تُمنَع التدريبات التنافسية أو ملامسة أي من أدوات التدريب بدون إذن


  • لا تستخدم أي من مهاراتك في فنون الدفاع عن النفس خارج الأكاديمية إلا بهدف الدفاع عن النفس، و/أو لغرض المشاركة بالبطولات الرسمية التي تأذن بها الهيئات الرياضية الرسمية. 


  • يُمنع الإساءة لأي مدرسة أُخرى أو نادي أو أسلوب تدريبي آخر في فنون الدفاع عن النفس 


  • قُم بالإهتمام بشريكك في التدريب، أنت هُنا لمساعدتهم وليس لإلحاق الضرر بهم 


  • يجب إخبار المُدرِّب إذا كنت تعاني من أي إصابة أو في حال الشك بأي نشاط مشبوه


  • لا تُقلل من إحترام أي فرد من فريق العمل أو الطلاب أو الزُوّار (لا يُسمح بالصراخ أو التهديد أو إستخدام العُنف)


  • يجب "تنزيل وتحميل" الطُلاب الذين هم دون عُمر ال 10 سنوات "الى ومن" النقطة المُخصصة لذلك في الأكاديمية

I agree to abide by the Al Areen Martial Arts Training LLC Code of Conduct. أنا أقرّ بالإلتزام بكافة القواعد السلوكية الخاصة "العرين للتدريب على فنون الدفاع عن النفس". *
I acknowledge that all the details that I have provided in the Students Personal Profile is accurate. أنا أُقرّ بأنّ كافة التفاصيل الواردة في المُرفق الخاص بمعلومات المُنتسب / الطالب في غاية الدقّة. *
I acknowledge that Al Areen Martial Arts Training LLC has the full right to terminate my membership immediately if I breach any of the agreed rules and regulations or act or behavior in a manner that is deemed to be not in accordance with the values held by the academy. أنا أُقرّ بأن العرين للتدريب على فنون الدفاع عن النفس لها كامل الحقّ في وقف وإنهاء عضويتي في حال خرق القواعد والقوانين أو في حال التصرُّف أو إتِّباع سلوكيات لا تتناسب أو تتوافق مع قِيَم الأكاديمية *
I allow Al Areen Martial Arts Staff to take photos of my child or myself during training to be used for social media / marketing platforms. لا مانع لَدَي من ان يقوم فريق العرين للتدريب على فنون الدفاع عن النفس بإلتقاط الصُوَر لي أو لأبنائي أثناء التدريب بهدف التوثيق وإستخدامها على مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي/ المنصَّة التسويقية.
Parent(s) or Court-Appointed Legal Guardian(s) must sign for any participating minor (those under 18 years of age) and agree that they and the minor are subject to all the terms of this document, as set forth above.
