Season Pass Purchase Conditions 1. Pass must be worn at all times and easily accessible to show when boarding all lifts. 2. Montana Snowbowl Passes are NONREFUNABLE for any reason and NONTRANSFERABLE. 3. Montana Snowbowl, MSB Inc., reserves the right to revoke or suspend any pass for reckless actions, out-of-control skiing, failure of the holder to observe Montana Snowbowl’s rules and regulations, posted signs and closed areas, or riding in a manner inconsistent with the Skier Responsibility Code. 4. Lost or stolen passes must be reported to the ticket office immediately. There will be a $15.00 charge to reissue a lost or stolen pass, which is still valid. Passes that are lost or stolen and not immediately reported, will be treated as a misused pass. 5.There will be a $5 charge to issue a day ticket for a "forgotten" or "lost" pass. 6. Operating days and times are subject to change without notice or compensation due to weather and operating requirements. 7. User acknowledges and assumes all the risks associated with the activities granted by this pass. 8. FRAUDULENT USE WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF THIS PASS WITHOUT REFUND AND POSSIBLE PROSECUTION. EVEN IF YOUR FRIEND USES WITHOUT YOU KNOWING. PLEASE REPORT ANY LOST, MISSING, OR STOLEN PASSES IMMEDIATELY. TREAT YOUR PASS LIKE CASH- YOU WOULDN’T LEAVE $600 SITTING OUT FOR ANYONE TO TAKE. Snowbowl normally will be open 7 days a week main season (Christmas thru February); however, operating days will be limited early and late season including closed on Tuesdays after February (same as past seasons). Please carpool, parking is limited and can not be guaranteed. To encourage carpooling we may offer an incentive for car-poolers.
SEASON PASS AGREEMENT, ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK AND LIABILITY RELEASE
In consideration for the right to use the facilities and to participate in the recreational activities at Montana Snowbowl (MSB, Inc.), I am aware of and acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved in participating in these activities as well as environmental conditions and man-made hazards that can result in severe bodily injury including death or property damage. I am aware of and agree to observe MSB, Inc. rules, Montana State Law (23-2-736 MCA, 23-2-735 MCA), the “Your Responsibility Code” and that Snowbowl has the right to revoke my pass for failure to observe these rules, Acts or Code. My participation is voluntary and I acknowledge that I have the opportunity and it is my responsibility to inspect and assess these risks. I agree to assume all these risks and to release, hold harmless and indemnify MSB, Inc. from claims or liability for any damage or personal injury to myself and all others named on this application that may result from the use of these facilities and activities including claims based on ordinary negligence. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any claim or dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement or the enforcement or interpretation hereof shall be brought solely and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting within Missoula County, Montana, and the parties hereby consent and submit to the jurisdiction of such courts. By signing this document you may be waiving your legal right to a jury trial to hold the provider, MSB, Inc., legally responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from risks inherent in this recreational opportunity or for any injuries or damages you may suffer due to provider’s ordinary negligence that are the result of the provider’s failure to exercise reasonable care. I consent to the commercial use, without compensation, of images taken of me or my minor children using these facilities. PASSES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE AND PAYMENTS FOR PASSES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.FOR ANY REASON
