Volunteer Waiver

As a volunteer with the Cobble Beach Concours d’Elegance I understand that:

  • The relationship between the Cobble Beach Concours d’Elegance and volunteers is an “at will” arrangement, and I understand that my volunteer service can be modified or terminated with or without notice or cause, at any time, at the option of the Cobble Beach Concours d’Elegance or at my option and that Cobble Beach Concours d’Elegance may, in its sole discretion, decline to accept my application to volunteer with or without cause.
  • I grant the Cobble Beach Concours d’Elegance permission to use my likeness, voice and other words in or on television, radio, print, film on the Cobble Beach Concours d’Elegance and its mission to raise money for its charities.
  • My service is strictly voluntary, and I understand that I will not be paid or receive other monetary compensation for my time/services.
  • I assume the risk and responsibility for any and all claims, legal actions and costs resulting from injury to myself or others, as well as any property damage, which is/are caused by my negligence or my intentional acts. I further release Cobble Beach Concours d’Elegance Inc., Cobble Beach Golf Link and Georgian Villas Inc., their employees, directors and trustees from liability relating to claims arising from the above.
  • I understand that the use of Cobble Beach Concours d’Elegance data/files is intended for business use at Cobble Beach Concours d’Elegance only. All Cobble Beach Concours d’Elegance data/files are considered confidential and proprietary. Any attempts to use Cobble Beach Concours d’Elegance data/files for purposes other than intended work for the Cobble Beach Concours d’Elegance can serve as grounds for termination of my volunteer position.
  • I understand that unauthorized access, use, modification, destruction or discourse of confidential and proprietary information can serve as grounds for termination of my volunteer position.
