Décharge de responsabilité

Par la présente, en échange de ma participation à l'activité de Puppy Yoga & bulles organisée par Doggos Events Inc. (également connue sous le nom de Puppysphere), je soussigné(e), tant pour moi-même que pour le mineur dont j'assure la supervision lors de cet événement (le cas échéant), déclare accepter ce qui suit:

1. Indemnisation: Je reconnais être pleinement informé(e) que ma participation à l'Événement comporte certains risques inhérents, notamment, mais sans s'y limiter, ceux liés à la présence d'animaux vivants (chiens) sur place. J'accepte volontairement et assume l'entière responsabilité de tous les risques encourus dans le cadre de ma participation. Je renonce expressément à toute réclamation, de quelque nature que ce soit, contre Doggos Events Inc., ses événements, son organisateur, ses dirigeants, les installations de l'événement, et tout employé ou préposé des organisations susmentionnées. Je m'engage à ne pas intenter d'action en justice pour tout préjudice, pertes, dommage, dépense ou frais qui découlent de, ou sont liés de quelque manière que ce soit à ma participation à l’événement.

2. Risques de sécurité liés à la présence d'animaux vivants: La participation à nos cours de Puppy Yoga comporte des risques de sécurité, car des animaux vivants (chiens) sont présents sur place. Le participant comprend et accepte le risque de blessure, incluant, sans s'y limiter, les griffures et les morsures, y compris dans les cas où les animaux sont réputés bien dressés. Le participant reconnaît l'engagement des organisateurs à assurer le bien-être des animaux présents à l'événement. Le participant s'engage à suivre toutes les instructions fournies par le personnel des organisateurs concernant l'interaction avec les animaux et à respecter les zones désignées pour la sécurité des participants et des animaux.

3. Autorisation d'utilisation de l’image photo/vidéo: J'autorise par la présente l'utilisation et la reproduction par Doggos Events Inc. de toutes les photographies et/ou vidéos qui ont été prises de moi ce jour, sans compensation. Toutes les images et fichiers numériques sont la propriété de Doggos Events Inc., qui se réserve le droit d'utiliser ces photographies et/ou vidéos à des fins promotionnelles.

Je déclare par la présente être âgé(e) de 18 ans ou plus et que j'ai lu et compris les termes de cette décharge et renonciation. Je comprends en outre qu'en signant cette décharge, je renonce volontairement à certains droits légaux.


Release of Liability

In exchange for participation in the activity of Puppy Yoga & Bubbly organized by Doggos Events Inc. (also known as Puppysphere), I agree for myself and (if applicable) for the minor I am supervising at this event, to the following:

  1. Indemnification: I am aware that during my visit to this event, certain inherent risks are involved, including but not limited to the presence of live animals (dogs) on-site. I acknowledge and voluntarily accept and assume full responsibility for any risks to me. I further agree to waive and release any and all claims that I may have against Doggos Events Inc., its events, its organizer, the event facilities, and any and all employees of the aforementioned organizations. I agree not to sue for losses, damages, expenses, or fees which arise out of or result from, or are related to, in any manner, my attendance at the event.
  2. Safety Risks Involving Live Animals: Participating in our Puppy Yoga classes has safety risks involved, as live animals (dogs) are on-site. Participant understands and accepts the risk of injury, including but not limited to scratching and biting, even in situations where animals are well-trained. Participant acknowledges the Organizers' commitment to ensuring the well-being of the animals present at the event. Participant agrees to follow any instructions provided by Organizers' staff regarding animal interaction and to adhere to designated areas for the safety of both participants and animals.
  3. Photo/Video Release: I hereby consent to and authorize the use and reproduction by Doggos Events Inc. of any and all photographs and/or videos that have been taken of me on this day, without compensation to me. All images and digital files are owned by Doggos Events Inc., which reserves the right to use these photographs and/or videos for promotional purposes.

I hereby declare that I am 18 years of age or older and have read and understood the terms of this waiver and release. I further understand that by signing this release, I voluntarily surrender certain legal rights.
