Waiver of Liability

PLEASE READ THIS WAIVER CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING.

I realize that there are serious risks associated with the use of the recreational equipment being rented to me by Jamestown Outdoors (“Rental Equipment”), and I am fully aware of the possibility of serious injury or even death which could result from my use of the Rental Equipment, whether due to my own negligence, the negligence of a third party, an act of god, or otherwise.

I voluntarily assume any and all such risks of loss, damage, or injury of any kind from my use of the Rental Equipment or any activities stemming therefrom. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jamestown Outdoors and its owners, agents, contractors, and employees from any and all lawsuits, claims, costs, expenses, or demands, with respect to any injuries, including death, howsoever caused, in connection with my use of the Rental Equipment or any activities stemming therefrom.

Should any provision of this Waiver be deemed illegal or unenforceable, then it shall be severed and all other provisions will continue to remain in full force and effect. This Waiver shall continue to remain in full force and effect even after my death and shall be binding on all of my heirs, successors, assigns, and personal representatives.

By signing below, you acknowledge the following:

- I am in good health and have no physical conditions which would prevent me from safely using the Rental Equipment


- I am not under the influence of alcohol or any drug which would impair my ability to safely use the Rental Equipment, and I will not use alcohol or any such drugs during the rental period

- I know how to swim, if applicable
