1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participating in activities at Maximus RC Raceway Club Corp may be dangerous and may involve risk of injury, death, or property damage. I assume the risk of injury, death, or property damage as a condition of my participation.

2. Agreement to Maintain Safe Equipment and Practices
As a condition of participation, I agree to maintain my equipment in safe, serviceable condition and to use only safe practice with regard to my equipment including, without limitation, safe practices for charging all kinds of batteries.

3. Agreement to Notify Maximus of Unsafe Conditions
I agree that if I observe any condition or behavior which I believe may be unsafe, I will immediately advise Maximus RC Raceway Club Corp and will immediately leave the area anddiscontinue my participation.

4. Fitness to Participate
I understand the nature of the activities at Maximus RC Raceway Club Corp and my experience and capabilities. I am in good health and qualified to participate in these activities. I do not have any physical or mental condition, which would make my presence or participation unsafe to myself or to other participants or spectators. I will not participate under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol. I will not participate under the influence of any legal drug that will impair my ability to participate safely in the activitiesor to understand and comply with oral or written directions.

5. Release and Assumption of Risk Agreement
It is expressly agreed that all activities shall be undertaken at my sole risk and that Maximus RC Raceway Club Corp, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable to me for any claims, demands, actions or causes of action whatsoever, to my personal property arising out of or connected with the use by me of the services and facilities of Maximus RC Raceway Club Corp. I acknowledge that Maximus RC Raceway Club Corp is a 24-hour door code operated facility solely intended for use of radio control vehicles and that staff may not be on duty at all times. I do herby expressly forever release and discharge Maximus RC Raceway Club Corp and its Parent Company from all such claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions, or causes of action. I have read and understand and voluntarily submit the foregoing Release and Assumption of Risk Agreement, and I have received a copy of this contract and release agreement. This constitutes the entire agreement between Maximus RC Raceway Club Corp and the member.

6. Rules of Maximus RC Raceway Club Corp

I understand that I can only use 1/10 scale R/C vehicles and smaller with a maximum batterysize of 2S 7.4V.

I understand that LIPO bag are required when charging lithium-based batteries.

I understand that I should not climb over or walk on track walls and/or track jumps, DO NOT WALK ON JUMPS!.

I understand that there will be times when I will not be able to use my Track Pass due to special events and maintenance of track and or facility.

I understand that as the adult member I am only authorized to admit myself and the minors associated with mymembership door code. Adult members must accompany all minors associated with their membership at all times.

I understand that as the adult member my door code is to be kept private and I will be help personal responsible if my code if used by unauthorized users.

I further realize that I must obey the rules of Maximus RC Raceway Club Corp , and that Maximus RC Raceway Club Corp has reserved the right to refund the pro rata cost of any unused services and remove me from the facility at anytime that my actions violate the rules of Maximus RC Raceway Club Corp.
