The Sanctuary at Two Rivers 

Assumption of Risk and Release of Responsibility Agreement Liability Waiver 

Each guest must have a completed form on file before access to the property can be granted.

I, the undersigned, herby acknowledge that the ecological private estate and retreat center known as The Sanctuary at Two Rivers located in Cabuya, Costa Rica, that I am about to visit, includes various activities through remote areas including cascading waterfalls, slippery rocks and various flora and fauna which could be dangerous to myself. Traversing uneven terrain and flowing rivers is required to access the property. Therefore, I release the following company La Finquita Escondida de Cabuya, S.R.L. (DBA: The Sanctuary at Two Rivers), its executives, employees and affiliates, from any responsibility that may arise from any accident, incident, allergy, or contagion that may cause me misadventure, injury, illness, death, or property damage.

I authorize The Sanctuary at Two Rivers to use, publish, distribute, and copyright photographs, video recordings, or other portraits or likenesses that I may be included in whole or in part, for lawful use on The Sanctuary at Two Rivers website, social media properties and printed materials, in both present editions and future editions. The Sanctuary at Two Rivers will refrain from printing any names in connection with the aforementioned likenesses, unless explicitly authorized. I release any claims that may arise regarding the use of my image, including any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity or copyright.

Furthermore, I also agree to inform any and all yoga instructors, group leaders, and/ or nature guides of any movements which I can not safely perform, and I will not perform any activity or movement which I feel is likely to cause me to injure myself. I will inform the teachers, leaders, and/or guides prior to my arrival, as well as during my stay at The Sanctuary at Two Rivers, of any limitations (whether physically and/or mentally) or any medical conditions that may affect my practice or exploration on or around the property.

Cancellation Terms

All payments are non-refundable.

The Impossibility of Performance - Force Majeure

I agree that La Finquita Escondida de Cabuya SRL, DBA The Sanctuary at Two Rivers, will not be liable in the event of Acts of God; such as, but not limited to; fires, volcanoes, adverse weather conditions such as earthquakes, tidal waves and floods, strikes or blockades, government order, global pandemics, airport closures, flight cancelations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Furthermore, I also do hereby acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the contents of this Assumption of Risk and Release of Responsibility Agreement.
