This application for play at The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch Golf Club should be filled out online and submitted to the Golf & Trading Shop no less than 7 days prior to the requested date of visit. Because of its private nature and the wishes of the membership to maintain a more exclusive feel, Cordillera Ranch Golf Club cannot extend general playing privileges to everyone. Additionally, we must ask that golfers understand that you will be limited to one visit to the Cordillera Ranch Golf Club. The guest fee for playing Cordillera Ranch Golf Club without sponsorship by an existing member is $325 and includes the cart fee. A member of the Cordillera Ranch Golf Club staff may be assigned to play with you at a rate of $150 for the professional host fee. All incidental fees and charges, such as cart, food & beverage and purchases will be combined into one bill and will be processed on the credit card on file for your group. There is a 3% processing fee on all credit card transactions Cordillera Ranch Golf Club Guest Agreement COURSE ATTIRE: Proper golf attire is required at all times on the golf course and at the practice park. Men should wear slacks or golf shorts with collared or half-mock collared shirts. Ladies may wear golf shorts, skirts, or slacks with collared or half-mock collared shirts. No jeans or denim will be allowed. Non-metal or spikeless golf shoes are required to be worn at all times. RELEASE, DISCLAIMER AND INDEMNIFICATION: By electing to take advantage of the amenities provided by playing the golf course at Cordillera Ranch, including but not limited to utilizing the facilities of The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch, and as consideration for being permitted to utilize such amenities, the holders of this Guest Agreement named as guest within ("Releasing Parties") hereby agree, on behalf of themselves and any other person entitled to file any claim or bring suit on their behalf, to release The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch, Ltd., Cordillera Ranch Development Corp., CR Realty, LLC and each of their respective parent, affiliated or subsidiary entities, and all their respective officers, directors, agents, contractors, employees, heirs, and successors (Released Parties) from any and all liability to me and my guests, my personal representatives, estate, heirs, next of kin, successors and assigns, for any and all claims and causes of action for loss of or damage to my property or for personal injury to myself, up to and including death, WHETHER CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OF ANY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES OR OTHERWISE. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from liability for any loss or damage to any other person that may result from my acts or omissions while participating in the amenities provided by the Guest Agreement. While using the Facilities, playing the golf course or participating in Club events, guest are charged with the responsibility of using proper judgment and caution at all times. The Clubs, the Owner, and the Operator assume no liability for injuries caused to or incurred by any Member, Family member, Extended Family member, guest or other person or for damage to property resulting from the use of the Facilities. Consequently, any Member, Family member, Extended Family member, guest or other person who uses or accepts the use of any of the Facilities or services, or engages in any athletic contest, exercise or other Club activity, either on or off the premises, does so at his or her own risk and shall hold The Clubs, the Owner, and the Operator, and their employees and agents, harmless from any injury, damage, claim, or liability resulting from such use or engagement. Guest are charged with the responsibility of notifying their guest regarding this release from liability and disclaimer. In addition, the Guest agrees to indemnify and hold The Clubs, the Owner and the Operator from any claim, demand or cause of action asserted against The Clubs by a guest of the Guest. PERSONAL PROPERTY: Each Member, Family member, Extended Family member, or guest is responsible for his or her own personal property. The Clubs, the Owner and the Operator are not responsible, except in the case of gross negligence by The Clubs, the Owner and the Operator, for lost property or articles stolen from anywhere on the premises of The Clubs and specifically disclaim any such responsibility. Personal property left by any person on the premises of The Clubs and not claimed within thirty (30) days may be disposed of by The Clubs without notice. No bailment is intended, nor created, by the preceding sentence. Agreement: The playing privileges extended to guest by the undersigned individual(s) (collectively Guest) is made subject to the following terms and conditions: Credit Card Required: A VISA, MasterCard or Discover or is required as security that Guest will fulfill Guests obligations. If Guest fails to perform any Guest obligation under this Agreement or otherwise breaches the terms of this Agreement, Guest authorizes Cordillera Ranch to charge Guests credit card for any necessary charges or damages. If the charges or damages exceed Guests credit limit, Guest will pay the difference immediately upon Cordillera Ranchs demand. Cancellation Policy: If Guest needs to cancel or reschedule their round of golf at least 24 hours in advance of planned arrival, please contact the Golf & Trading Shop at 830.336.GOLF. If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours in advance there will be a $75 cancellation fee processed on your credit card. |
