The Peach Card Spa Membership Agreement

Today's Date: April 25, 2024

It is agreed by and between The Naked Peach Waxing Boutique and you, the Buyer that you are purchasing a Spa Membership called The Peach Card. A Spa Membership fee of $45 will be debited on the 1st of each month and if not collected, collected on a different day that month from your credit card or checking account. Your EFT/CC/CHECKING Billing Date: A Spa Membership fee will be automatically debited from your credit/debit card or checking account each month. This debit will continue on the same day each month thereafter until your Spa Membership is terminated in the manner provided below.

Your Spa Membership will include the following every month for $45:

  • A Brazilian wax

You will also receive Peach Card Prices on all of the other services offered as well. Monthly services will be automatically roll over, and unused services will stay on client account and do not expire. Any credit on account is non-refundable. You may use your membership as a store credit as well towards gift cards, products and other salon services. No contract cancellation fee, no sign up fee. Membership is non-transferable. We reserve the right to change and/or add new services and price changes to The Naked Peach list of services. We reserve the right to change the price of the membership. 

How to cancel your Spa Membership: You may cancel your Spa Membership at any time by providing 10 days written notice only (phone calls and/or emails are not permitted) before the first day of your billing date, which is the 1st of every month. Send the written notice to: The Naked Peach Waxing Boutique 1725 South Street Philadelphia PA 19146, The Naked Peach Waxing Boutique 6226 Ridge Ave Philadelphia Pa 19128 or The Naked Peach Waxing Boutique 708 South 5th Street Philadelphia PA 19147. Once contract cancellation has been made there will be a four month waiting period before buyer is eligible to purchase a new spa membership. Any credits remaining on account after membership has been canceled; will be subject to Guest prices.

By signing this Spa Membership Agreement, Buyer acknowledges that Buyer is of legal age. This spa membership agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties and no other agreement or understanding, exists between Buyer and The Naked Peach Waxing Boutique. The Naked Peach Waxing Boutique has not expressed or implied any warranty or representation other than those set forth in this Spa Membership Agreement to induce Buyer to enter into this Spa Membership Agreement.

EFT/CC Request: Buyer hereby authorizes The Naked Peach Waxing Boutique to make monthly charges to your credit/debit card. In the event that sufficient funds are not available in Buyer's account or debits are otherwise not accepted;The Naked Peach Waxing Boutique may resubmit the charge until all payments have been made for the outstanding months owed. During this time no unpaid services may be redeemed at The Naked Peach Waxing Boutique.

Buyer understands that Buyer is in full control of Buyer's payment and that this EFT/CC request will remain in effect until The Naked Peach Waxing Boutique receives a 10 day written notice before the first of every month to terminate this Spa Membership Agreement and has reasonable opportunity to act on that notice. If you decide to change your billing information, a 10 day notice is required as well.

For my Spa Membership Fee, I hereby authorize The Naked Peach Waxing Boutique to charge my credit card on the first of every month; and if not collected on the first, collected on a different day that month if the first of the month charge declined from your credit card or checking account.; until I give a written notice of 10 days before the first of the month of choice to cancel.

By checking here, you are waiving that right. After consent, you may, upon written request to us, obtain a paper copy of an electronic record. No fee will be charged for such copy and no special hardware or software is required to view it. Your agreement to use an electronic signature with us for any documents will continue until such time as you notify us in writing that you no longer wish to use an electronic signature. There is no penalty for withdrawing your consent. You should always make sure that we have a current email address in order to contact you regarding any changes, if necessary.
