CROSSFIT CROWNTOWN

MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

Today's Date: December 6, 2023

Between: Member and CrossFit CrownTown for membership to CrossFit Gym.

Automatic Renewal and Cancellation:

Automatic renewal shall apply for all memberships, unless cancelled by either or CrossFit CrownTown or Member with one month notice (must be done by member via email to Admin@CrossFitCrownTown.com  NOT by text) from either party to the other.


Agreement to Pay Recurring Fees:

Member's bank account will be changed 1/2 of the total monthly fees, this will be charged on the 1st and the 15th of each month for the duration of the membership.  NO PAPER CHECK OR CASH PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RECURRING MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS.

Lost/Stolen Item Policy:

CrossFit CrownTown shall not be held responsible for the loss or theft of personal items left in the gym or in any vehicle parked on premises.

Declined Payments - Part One of Two:

You will receive an email when a payment declines and you need to sign on our system and bring your account current within 3 business days of any declined payment.

Declined Payments - $15 Fee - Part Two of Two:

A charge of $15 will be made for each time a payment is declined.

Refunds:

Refunds will not be given under any circumstances.

Freeze your Auto Pay:

Seven business days notice is required to freeze your auto pay, request must be submitted in writing (may be done my member via email to Admin@CrossFitCrownTown.com NOT by text). Current freeze fees are $15 for one month, $30 for two month and $45 for three months. Theses freeze fees are subject to change without notice.

Freezing is wholly at the discretion of CrossFit CrownTown.

Agreement to Pay Recurring Fees:

Member agrees to pay CrossFit CrownTown monthly recurring fees for all selected memberships, as follows: (charged on the 1st and the 15th of each month for the duration of membership via pre approved credit card or electronic check. NO PAPER CHECK OR CASH PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RECURRING MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS).
