Any person seen firing at lights, baffles, carriers, or other range property and equipment will have his/her membership revoked and will be reported to the proper authorities for appropriate action. Firing at boxes, cups, or other objects is prohibited. Only targets authorized by the RSO will be permitted. Shooters will be held accountable for, and will pay for, any damage that they cause, including replacement and installation charges. 

By my signature below, intending to be legally bound hereby, the undersigned absolutely and unequivocally waives and releases East Main Properties, LLC, Chapel Road Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a Enck's Gun Barn and Range, and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, instructors, agents and representatives from any and all claims, actions, suits, demands, damages, and liabilities relating to my participation in activities at Enck's Gun Barn and Range and any use of the property or facilities of Enck's Gun Barn and Range. This release is for any and all liability for personal injuries (including death) and property losses or damage occasioned by, or in connection with any activity or accommodations on Enck's Gun Barn and Range property. The undersigned agrees to indemnify Enck's Gun Barn and Range from and against any and all manner of claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses of any nature or kind whatsoever, including attorney fees and court costs, which may now or hereafter by sustained, suffered or incurred by Enck's Gun Barn and Range as a result of any claims asserted by me or by any other member or guest as a result of my participation in activities at Enck's Gun Barn and Range. 

The undersigned understands and acknowledges that shooting can be a dangerous activity and agrees to exercise safe gun handling practices at all times. For anyone under 21 years of age, the Enck's Gun Barn and Range Liability Statement for a Minor MUST be signed by a parent or legal guardian, who must be present to accompany the minor while shooting.

By my signature below, intending to be legally bound hereby, the undersigned absolutely and unequivocally waives and releases East Main Properties, LLC, Chapel Road Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a Enck's Gun Barn and Range, and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, instructors, agents and representatives from any and all claims, actions, suits, demands, damages, and liabilities relating to my participation in activities at Enck's Gun Barn and Range and any use of the property or facilities of Enck's Gun Barn and Range.
