Horse Show Agreement

**This form must be completed and turned into Haile Equestrian Center with payment 7 days in**
**advance of the show to reserve a spot on the trailer and a horse for use**

Fees

Horse Day Lease, Hauling, and Offsite Care:

This fee covers the cost of using the horse for the day, transportation of the horse up to 50 miles, This fee covers the bedding, food, hay etc as well as the work to prep the stall for your horse’s use the night before and day of the show. 

Braiding, Clipping, and Bathing:

This fee is optional. If you would like to prepare the horse yourself, please see the addendum below.

Coaching Fee:

This fee provides for your instructor to be at the show preparing you for your classes and coaching you through the day.

Show Prep Lesson:

This fee covers the cost of a private or group lesson the night before the show. The lesson is used to prep for the show and can be conducted at Haile Equestrian or the show grounds.

Paperwork Filing Fee:

This fee is optional. If you would like Haile Equestrian to handle your class registration for the show, we will handle the paperwork and registration. 

Show Coats:

If you choose to borrow a show coat from Haile Equestrian, there is no fee, but we ask that you dry clean the show coat before (if needed) and after the show.

 

Braiding, Clipping, and Bathing Addendum: If you choose to prepare your horse yourself, please be aware that the horse needs to be shampooed, the guide hairs and face must be clipped and the mane braided. The barn will be open until 7:00 pm - please plan to finish the preparations by that time. Additionally, braids need to be removed after the show.

These Fees represent only those from Haile Equestrian. There will be additional fees from the Show Host. If you have chosen to have Haile Equestrian file your registration, those fees will be billed separately or paid directly to the Show Host (depending on the show).
