 Towing / Getting towed

Prohibited use    

The vehicle shall not be operated:

  • by anyone not named in the agreement, including passengers,  anyone under 19 years old, and anyone without a valid unrestricted drivers license
  • by anyone whose riding ability is impaired by alcohol, drugs, fatigue, medication, jet lag
  • in any speed or racing contest, closed areas, failing to obey signs or the law
  • in any violation of any law 
  • to carry explosives or flammable materials        
  • wearing ski boots is not recommended & any damage is the renters responsibility 

Damage

The renter is responsible for ALL damage, vehicle recovery and loss of revenue due to any damages incurred. If the renter is being guided by us and the optional $50/day insurance policy was selected and paid for prior, the deductible will be $1,500 per day per incident. If the optional $50/day insurance policy was not selected, ANY and ALL damage will be charged to the renter. The $50/day insurance policy is not available to renters who are not being guided by us. Intentional damages, fire, vandalism, and theft are NOT covered under the deductible. By initialing, you agree to all terms and conditions.


Early/Late Returns

No refund for early returns or shortened period due to accidents or weather conditions.
Mechanical breakdowns not caused by the renter are subject to a proportionate rental refund not exceeding the daily rental fee, less charges for use and fuel. Equipment returned after 5:00pm will be subject to a late fee of $70/hour or part thereof.  


Replacement Policy

All renters will be subject to a $ 5,000.00 credit card preauthorization ($1,500 with insurance) over top of the rental price prior to release of any snow machine.  The renter is still responsible for ALL damage, recovery & replacement costs including belts.  This includes any rental days missed due to down time. The machine is considered responsibility of the renter until returned to the designated pick-up & signed off by a RWCB employee
