Membership Terms and Dues

All non-prepaid memberships are monthly DUES paying memberships. The membership begins on the date indicated above and continues indefinitely until cancelled. Membership cancellation MUST occur before the 25th of the preceding month via the form provided on the Sender One website.
I understand that all membership payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and non-transferable
On the 1st of the month, monthly dues as listed above (plus applicable tax) will be paid to Sender One by electronic funds transfer (EFT)
This membership can be frozen for $12 per month per member. All freezes begin on the 1st of EACH MONTH.
Freezing a membership MUST occur before the 25th of the preceding month via the form provided on the Sender One website. Freezes are free if a doctor's note is provided verifying injury and inability to climb.
Sender One reserves the right to increase any of its dues at its discretion with 30 days written notice.
I agree to abide by the posted rules of any Sender One facility.
In the event of any billing issues or disputes, I agree first to contact Sender One's billing department. I agree I will pay a Bank Decline Fee of $25 to Sender One for each declined transaction and/or chargeback before I am allowed to use any Sender One facilities.
I hereby authorize Sender One to initiate debit entries to the Credit Card I have placed on file with Sender One, and/or adjustments for any debits entries made in error. I hereby authorize my credit card's financial institution to credit and/or debit the same to such account. This authorization is to remain in full force and effect until Sender One has received written notification from me of its termination and 30 days have elapsed.
I hereby authorize Sender One to update automatically any expired or outdated credit card information I have on file.
