TKS MIAMI WATERSPORTS

KITE CLUB MEMBERSHIP

 

Welcomed to TKS MIAMI WATERSPORTS KITE CLUB. This is an agreement made between you “The Undersigned” (the person who signs this agreement) and TKS Concessions, LLC  “TKS MIAMI Watersports”.

 

I, “The Undersigned” agree to pay “TKS MIAMI  Watersports” an annual membership fee of $150.00 plus applicable taxes.

TKS MIAMI WATERSPORTS KITE CLUB RULES, REGULATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

All club members must be upwind proficient riders and must  know how to re-launch kite from the water.

IKO Level 3 or equivalent required

All members must have a City of Miami Beach kite permit.

All club members must be able to self rescue.

All beachgoers in and out of the water have priority and right of way.

All TKS kite school students have priority or right of way.

All kite equipment must be set up inside designated set-up area marked by cones.

All bars lines must be rolled up when kite is on sand.

All riders must obey water channel Entrance/Exit marked Flags.  Green flags mark Entrance-Red flags mark Exit

Water channel marked by buoys must only be used to enter or exit the water. (NO FREE RIDING/JUMPING)

All Riding must be done East of  the white swimming buoys.

All Members must fly Kite Club streamer on kites at all times.

All Members must check in prior to kite setup.

TKS Miami Watersports has the sole right to close or open concession and water channel as they see fit.

“The Undersigned” acknowledges and agrees to all rules and regulations.

“The Undersigned” is subject to the Club’s rules and regulations, “the Undersigned” must abide by them, if not membership will be suspended until further notice.
