We are glad you're here. We hope you enjoy the Texas Luxury and Southern Hospitality! We love what we do and appreciate your business. As part of the Texas Gun Club community, we ask that you help us keep our range S.A.F.E.  and our facilities clean.

INTRODUCING OUR NEW LIFE-FIRE SIMULATOR AT THE LEAGUE CITY LOCATION. Texas Gun Club is continously looking for ways to make your visit more fun, friendly and SAFE. The live-fire simulator is a 'next-generation' shooting sport experience that combines the gun range and video games.  Ask a team member for more information.

Liability Waiver and Hold-Harmless Agreement - Requirement to Sign.

It is the policy of Texas Gun Club Group, LLC and its partner facilities that the Liability Waiver, Hold-Harmless Agreement and Acknowledgement of Range Rules (herein 'Waiver") must be signed:

  • At each Texas Gun Club facility, 
  • By all 'Responsible Adults' (as defiined by federal and state law) (1)
  • Prior to entering the live-fire range, participating in any training or using any other facilities or equipment, 
  • ​Annually, as documents are only valid for one (1) year from the date of agreement.

MINORS: All Minors, who are not yet 18 years of age (17 or younger) require a 'Waiver' signed by their parent or legal guardian. (2)  MINORS WHO ARE NOT YET 12 YEARS OF AGE MAY NOT HANDLE, POSSESS OR OTHERWISE USE ANY FIREARM, OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY FIREARMS TRAINING (LIVE-FIRE OR SIMULATED) WITHOUT THE PRESENCE OF THEIR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN. 

ADULTS UNDER THE AGE OF 21.  Adults who are at least 18 years of age but not yet 21 years of age may sign their own 'Waiver'. However, guest under the age of 21 are not permitted to participate in live-fire shooting sport activities or rent firearms of any type without the presence of a "Responsible Adult". 

  1. The term 'Responsible Adult' is defined as someone who is at least 21 years of age or older and "NOT OTHERWISE PROHIBITED FROM POSSESSING A FIREARM". 
  2. It is not the responsibility of Texas Gun Club employees to verify parental relationships or legal guardianship. 'Responsible Adults' signing a 'Waiver' as a parent or guardian are affirming that they are being truthful and in doing so, assume all responsibility and liability as such.

Liability Waiver, Hold-Harmless and Range Rules
  1. SAFE DIRECTION - Keep all firearms pointed in a safe direction at all times. 
  2. ALWAYS LOADED - Treat ALL firearms as if they are ALWAYS loaded. 
  3. FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER - Keep your finger OFF the trigger, extended along the frame of the firearm, until you are ready to shoot.
  4. ENVIRONMENT - Know your target and beyond. Pay attention to your target, what's behind your target, and those around you.Range Safety Rules and Etiquette

 SHOOTING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGS AND ALCOHOL PROHIBITED

  • YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN SHOOTING SPORTS AT TEXAS GUN CLUB INCLUDING HANDLING FIREARMS OR AMMUNITION WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF, OR IMPARED BY THE USE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS (WHETHER OR LEGAL OR OTHERWISE).

NEW OR INEXPERIENCED SHOOTERS

  • New or inexperienced shooters MUST participate in a short 30-minute 'First Shots' course. This course is available for a small fee on a walk-in basis. 

PROHIBITED AMMUNITION - The following ammunition is NEVER permitted at Texas Gun Club.

  • NO TRACERS, INDENDIARY, GAS, EXPLOSIVES, ROCKET LAUNCHERS, OR OTHER REDICULOUS AMMUNITION IS ALLOWED. WHILE THEY ARE FUN TO SHOOT, THEY BURN REALLY HOT AND THAT'S BAD FOR AN INDOOR RANGE! 
  • SERIOUSLY - NO FREAKING TRACERS! 
  • NO ARMOR PIERCING OR 'PENETRATORS' (Like Green Tips 223, for example)
  • NO STEEL CORE AMMUNITION (If it sticks to a magnet, it's not permitted.) 

PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEOGRAPHY, AND MODEL AGREEMENT

  • I agree to allow my photograph to be taken for Texas Gun Club records and identification and any promotional use that may benefit Texas Gun Club, LLC or its partners. I may opt-out by submitting my decision in writing. When opting out, Members must be specific about what they are allowing or not.
  • I may not opt out of “All Photography or Videography” since Texas Gun Club utilizes both for the safety and security of the store.
  • Texas Gun Club, LLC is not responsible for posting photographs or pictures by other members or guests.

 DAMAGE, THEFT & VANDALISM

  • Texas Gun Club is not responsible for any loss, damage or thefts on or off.

RANGE RULES AND SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

  • I acknowledge and understand that shooting activities are inherently hazardous and involve both known and unanticipated risks which could result in damage or destruction of property and physical or emotional injury, including paralysis or death, of myself or of other persons. These risks include but are not limited to: Being shot by or shooting myself or others; Partial or total loss of eyesight or hearing; Inhalation or other harmful contact with lead or other contaminants; and being struck by flying or falling objects.
  • I further understand and accept all risk of discharging or being around the discharging of firearms and the use of ammunition have inherent dangers that no amount of care, instruction, or expertise can eliminate. I agree to assume full responsibility for any and all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, of whatsoever any kind and nature, which I might incur as a result of entering on to the RANGE and in using RANGE facilities or equipment and in engaging in or observing shooting and other activities at the RANGE.
  • I accept all responsibility and liability for any act or acts, even negligent, reckless, or criminal act or omission to act, of my Guests at Texas Gun Club. (I understand that "my Guests" includes any and all persons who enter Texas Gun Club property, use Texas Gun Club facilities or engage in or observe shooting and other activities at the Texas Gun Club as a result of my express invitation, permission or consent).
  • I understand that Texas Gun Club is an indoor shooting facility which utilizes concrete ceilings, armored steel and a rubber berm to contain expended ammunition. I understand that in rare circumstances, bullets or bullet fragments can ricochet and could cause serious personal injury or death.
  • I understand that Texas Gun Club makes no warranty as to the design, manufacture, condition or fitness of the shooting range, facilities or equipment, including, but not limited to: lane barriers, baffles, berm, firearms, ammunition, eye/hearing protection, and first-aid supplies.
  • I hereby affirm that I am experienced and skilled in the proper handling, loading, use and discharge of all firearms and ammunition or I will participate in the recommended firearms familiarization course offered by Texas Gun Club.
  • I understand that the range is specifically relying on the truth of my representations concerning my experience with firearms, in permitting me to make use of the RANGE.
  • I agree that this waiver of liability, and any future amendments, modifications or other changes, shall remain in full force and effect from the date of execution and shall be applicable to each and every visit thereafter whether or not I sign a new waiver annually or update my information. 
  • I agree to accept financial responsibility for the repair of any EQUIPMENT that I rent, borrow, or use that is owned by Texas Gun Club in the event that damages were directly caused by me or my Guest's whether or not damages were accidental or purposeful.
I have carefully read this "Waiver and Release of Liability" and fully know its contents. I acknowledge that no other inducement, assurance or guarantee has been made to me in consideration of my signing this Agreement which I sign voluntarily and of my own free will. *

I KNOWINGLY, VOLUNTARILY AND FOREVER IN PERPETUDE, WAIVE AND RELEASE, TEXAS GUN CLUB GROUP, LLC, TEXAS GUN CLUB, LLC, TEXAS GUN CLUB - DICKINSON, LLC, TGC PROPERTIES, ITS PARTNERS, MEMBERS, AGENTS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, INSTRUCTORS, VOLUNTEERS, SPONSORS OR VENDORS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY AND HEREBY HOLD-HARMLESS, FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, FROM MY USE OF FACILITIES AND/OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SHOOTING SPORTS, REGARDLESS OF TYPE OR CAUSE OF LOSS OR INJURY, TO ME OR MY GUEST OR RELATIVES, WHETHER ACCIDENTAL OR NEGLIGENT, AND PROMISE TO INDEMNIFY AND PROTECT AGAINST ANY ALL CLAIMS OR SUITS BY THIRD PARTIES, RESULTING FROM MY USE OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SHOOTING SPORTS, REGARDLESS OF LOCATION, INCLUDING ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR FUTURE SUITS THAT I, MY NEXT OF KIN, HEIRS, GUARDIANS, REPRESENTATIVES, ASSIGNS, OR ANY OTHER PERSON HAVING A CLAIM TO MY ESTATE MAY MAKE. THIS WAIVER OF LIABILITY, HOLD-HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFICATION IS COMPLETE, TOTAL, IRREVOKABLE, AND MADE WITHOUT HESITATION OR RESERVATION. *

Texas Gun Club Policy for minors:

1. Children who are not yet seven (7) years of age or older (6 or younger) are not permitted on the range during live-fire (.22 caliber and above) activities.

2. Children who are at least seven (7) years of age but not yet twelve 12 years of age (Ages 7-11) are permitted on live-fire ranges, only under the direct and constant supervision of the child's Parent or Court-appointed Legal Guardian(s).

3. Minors who are at least 12 years of age but less than 18 years of age, may participate in live-fire shooting sport activities at Texas Gun Club only under the direct and constant supervision of a "Responsible Adult". named on the 'Third-Party Minor Waiver' and signed by the minor's Parent(s) or court-appointed legal guardian(s).

4. Adults who have reached the "Age of Majority" but are not yet 21 years of age (18-20) are required to sign their own 'Waiver' but may not participate in live-fire shooting sports at Texas Gun Club without the presence of a 'Responsible Adult'.

5. Any person 21 years of age or older, signing a 'Waiver' as a Parent, or court-appointed legal guardian(s), or acting in the capacity as a 'Responsible Person', hereby agree to assume all responsibility and liability for any injuries and/or damage resulting from action of a minor or guest(s) under the age of 21.
