Membership Agreement

Please ensure you read this agreement carefully before signing. If you have any questions in relation to the agreement, please contact your nearest facility or speak to a member of staff.

1.1 Terms and Conditions

This is a dues-paying membership. It begins from the date of purchase and continues indefinitely until otherwise terminated.

Your initial membership dues will be calculated on a pro rata basis. Thereafter, the selected dues, as detailed below in the 'Select Your Site & Membership Type' section of this agreement, will be paid on the first day of the month to 'Climbing Centre Group Ltd' by means of a recurring card payment (Continuous Payment Authority - CPA).

In addition to your initial membership dues, a one-off account setup fee of £5 will be due on your date of purchase. Under no circumstance shall any part of your initial membership dues or your account setup fee be refundable.

Memberships can be frozen upon request for up to twelve months. A £2 per month freeze fee will still be due on all member accounts associated to the membership that has been frozen.

All membership freezes and terminations take effect on the first day of the month. If you wish to freeze, terminate, update your payment details or make any changes to your membership, you must complete an online membership change form via our website. You may also update your payment or personal details in person at reception.

If two consecutive payments are declined, Climbing Centre Group Ltd reserve the right to apply a £5 declined payment fee to your account. Further, they reserve the right to terminate your membership automatically should your account be three months past due. In the event your membership has been automatically terminated, you will still be obligated to pay all past due balances in full, and your account will not be reactivated until such time that this has been done.

Climbing Centre Group Ltd reserve the right to make changes to the dues or terms of your membership at its discretion. Notice of any changes will be given sixty days prior to the date they are due to come into effect. All notices will be sent electronically to the email address you provide.

1.2 Authorisation Statement

I hereby authorise Climbing Centre Group Ltd to initiate debit entries, and/or adjustments for any debit entries, to the card details that I will supply upon completing my or any person I am signing on behalf of, membership purchase.

This authorisation is to remain in full force and effect until Climbing Centre Group Ltd has received written notification from me of its termination.

By checking here, you are waiving that right. After consent, you may, upon written request to us, obtain a paper copy of an electronic record. No fee will be charged for such copy and no special hardware or software is required to view it. There is no penalty for withdrawing your consent. You should always make sure that we have a current email address in order to contact you regarding any changes, if necessary.
