Release and Waiver of Liability and indemnity - RIVERSIDE PREMIER CRICKET LEAGUE (RPCL) 

 In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the RIVERSIDE PREMIER CRICKET LEAGUE (RPCL), related events & activities, the team/team participants, the adult participants, minor participants and the parents and/or legal guardian of the minor participants named below appreciates & willingly agrees that:

1. The adult participant, minor participant and the parents and/or legal guardian of minor participant will comply with the stated & customary terms & conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation & bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately.

2. The adult participant, minor participant and the parents and/or legal guardian of minor participant will acknowledge & fully understand that each participant will be engaging in activities that involve risk of serious injury including traumatic brain injury, permanent disability & death, & severe social & economic losses which may result not only from their own actions, inactions or negligence but the action, inaction or negligence of others, the rules of play, or the condition of the premises or of any equipment used. Further, I accept personal responsibility for the damages following such injury including traumatic brain injury, permanent disability or death.

3. I/WE hereby authorize & give my full consent to RIVERSIDE PREMIER CRICKET LEAGUE (RPCL), in perpetuity, to copyright &/or publish any & all photographs, video &/or broadcasts in which I appear while attending any RIVERSIDE PREMIER CRICKET LEAGUE (RPCL) event. I further agree that RIVERSIDE PREMIER CRICKET LEAGUE (RPCL) may transfer, use or cause to be used, photographs, video, or broadcasts for any exhibitions, public displays, publications, commercials, online streaming, art & advertising purposes, & television programs without limitations or reservations, in perpetuity.

4. The adult participant, minor participant and the parents and/or legal guardian of minor participant will hold full responsibility of participating in the RIVERSIDE PREMIER CRICKET LEAGUE (RPCL) activity/event, he/she should inspect the facilities and equipment to be used and if he/she believes anything is unsafe, the participant, parents & and or legal guardian should immediately advise the officials of the such conditions and refuse to participate. I understand and agreed that if at any time, I feel anything to be UNSAFE, I will immediately take all precautions and refuse to PARTICIPATE further.

4. In consideration for permitting me to participate in cricket activities, I hereby act for myself, my executors, administers, heirs, next to kin, successors and assigns as follows:

a. I/we Waive, RELEASE AND DISCHARGE from any and all liability, including but not limited to liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or person released, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me. The FOLLOWING ENTITIES OR PERSON: ALL associated with Riverside premier Cricket League, their owners, their directors, agents, representative, umpires or volunteers.

b. I INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE THE ENTITIES & PERSONS MENTIONED IN THIS PARAGRAPH.

5. I/We HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE FROM ANY LIABILITY and NOT TO SUE the RIVERSIDE PREMIER CRICKET LEAGUE, and facility (used to conduct RIVERSIDE PREMIER CRICKET LEAGUE games) used by the participants' its owners, manager, promoters, lessees of premises, event inspectors, consultants and others who gave recommendation, directions, or instruction to engage in risk evaluation, or loss control activities regarding the RIVERSIDE PREMIER CRICKET LEAGUE facility or events held at such facility and each of them, their directors, officers, agents, employees, owners all for the purposes herein referred to as "Release" FROM ALL LIABILITY TO THE UNDERSIGNED.

6. I/we HEREBY acknowledge that the activities of the events are very dangerous and involve the risk of serious injury and/or death and/or property damage. Each of the UNDERSIGNED also expressly acknowledges that the INJURIES RECEIVED MAY BE COMPOUNDED OR INCREASED BY NEGLIGENT OF THE RESCUE OPERATIONS OR PROCEDURES OF THE RELEASEES.

7. EACH IF THE UNDERSIGNED further expressly agrees that the forgoing released, waiver and indemnity agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law of the Province or State in which the event is conducted and that if any portion is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall not withstanding continue in full legal force and effect.

8. On behalf of the participants and individually, executes this Waiver and Release. If despite this release, the participant makes a claim against any of the RELEASEES, the participants will reimburse the RELEASEES for any money which they have paid to the participants or on his/her behalf and hold them harmless.

9. I am medically fit to participate & I hereby represent that there is no medical condition which may impede in playing the game, if one is known, I must inform immediately.

10. This accident waiver, releases of liability and image release shall be considered broadly a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under law.

THIS AGREEMENT SIGNED BY THE UNDERSIGNED WILL REMAIN IN ENFORCE FOR ALL GAMES, TOURNAMENTS EVENTS PARTICIPATED BY THE PLAYERS/PARTICIPANTS UNDER THE RIVERSIDE PREMIER CRICKET LEAGUE IN ANY FORMAT, ANYTIME, ANY YEAR, ANY WHERE, AND ANY DAY FROM TODAY ONWARD UNDER ANY TEAM.

I HAVE READ THE RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS BY SIGNING IT AND HAVE SIGNED IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE OR GUARANTEE BEING MADE TO ME AND INTEND AND MY SIGNATURE TO BE COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.
