WIPPERSNAPPERS, LLC. CAMP WAIVER - A SIGNED WAIVER IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CAMPERS.

In consideration of being allowed to enter the play area and/or participate in any party, camp, program, or activity at Wippersnappers (individually and collectively as Wippersnappers LLC.) the undersigned, on his or her behalf, and on the behalf of the participant(s) identified below, acknowledges and agrees, for present and for future as follows:

I represent that I am the parent or legal guardian of the participant(s) named below, or I have obtained permission from the parent/legal guardian of the participant(s) named below to execute this agreement on their behalf. I agree that participant(s) named below shall comply with all safety signs, warnings and verbal instructions as conditions for participation in any party, activities and/or program at Wippersnappers, and that I have instructed the participant(s) to follow such signs, warnings and instructions. I hereby acknowledge if I observe any hazard or peril during our participation, I will immediately bring it to the attention of the nearest Wippersnappers employee. I am aware there are inherent risks associated with use of the type of equipment, playing facilities, and climbing facilities used in Wippersnappers facilities (such as, without limitation and as examples, inflatable equipment, rock walls, wiggle carts and other things of this nature), and I am also aware of the inherent risks associated with participation of parties, activities and programs at Wippersnappers and I, on behalf of myself and the participant(s) named below, knowingly and freely assume all such risk, both known and unknown, including those that may arise out of the negligence of other participants, and other third parties:  and, I, for myself and the participant(s) listed below, and all of our respective heirs, assigns, administrators, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release and hold harmless Wippersnappers LLC., it’s affiliates, officers, members, agents, employees, owners, shareholders, successors in interest, other participants, and sponsoring agencies from and against any and all claims injuries, liabilities or damages arising out of or related to our participation in any and all Wippersnappers programs, activities, parties, the use of the play area and/or all equipment now and in the future.

I acknowledge that while rules, equipment design, and supervision reduce risk, the risk of possible injury does exist. I do hereby give permission to Wippersnappers to make use of photographs and images taken during my activity in advertising and promotion activities. Use of my photographs and images by Wippersnappers may be done without further notice or obligation to me. This agreement shall remain in effect until revoked in writing by the undersigned and such revocation is accepted in writing by Wippersnappers LLC.
