Membership Terms and Conditions

Billing authorization will remain in effect until it is cancelled with a written notice emailed to: membership@shootersworld.com. A Member must be in good standing and current with membership dues at the time of the cancellation request.

Members will be notified of any billing conflict. Members are responsible for providing current and valid contact information. Memberships are subject to being suspended until the billing conflict is resolved. Members are responsible for contacting Shooters World to update account information when credit cards are renewed or replaced.

Shooters World reserves the right to suspend or cancel any membership at any time, without warning. 

Pursuant to all of the laws in the State of Florida and the United States of America, I certify that I am legally able to possess, own and handle a firearm. I certify that I have never been the subject of a criminal or any other proceeding that prevents me from presently possessing, owning or handling a firearm. I have read, understand and agree to abide by the Range Rules posted by Shooters World; further, I agree to abide by all verbal instruction and direction given by management and range master personnel of Shooters World. Membership will be granted, and may be revoked, at any time at the sole discretion of Shooters World with or without cause.

I do consent by signing this application to a criminal history search. I certify that all information given on this application is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.*


TERMS AND CONDITIONS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF SHOOTERS WORLD, LLC. 

  1. An individual must be 18 years of age to purchase an Individual Membership.
  2. Family is defined as 2 adults in a relationship, residing in the same household, and 2 children under 21 years of age residing in the same household as parents.
  3. Monthly auto-bill requires a credit card on file. It is non-refundable and non-transferable. If credit card for auto-bill is declined more than twice in a year, you will be required to pay membership in full. Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time with thirty days' written notice sent to membership@shootersworld.com
  4. Annual Membership requires a minimum of 1-year commitment and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  5. Patriot Discount includes first responders. Active/Veteran/Retired Military and School Teachers. Valid credentials required.
  6. Range time is limited to 1-hour increments.
  7. Corporate Memberships are available for groups of 5 or more. For pricing please email our membership team at membership@shootersworld.com.
  8. All monthly memberships are subject to a $100 initiation fee. 
  9. Membership pricing and benefits are subject to change without notice. 




READ THIS FORM COMPLETELY AND CAREFULLY. YOU ARE AGREEING TO LET YOUR MINOR CHILD ENGAGE IN A POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS ACTIVITY. YOU ARE AGREEING THAT, EVEN IF SHOOTERS WORLD, LLC USES REASONABLE CARE IN PROVIDING THIS ACTIVITY, THERE IS A CHANCE THAT YOUR CHILD MAY BE SERIOUSLY INJURED OR KILLED BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS ACTIVITY BECAUSE THERE ARE CERTAIN DANGERS INHERENT IN THE ACTIVITY WHICH CANNOT BE AVOIDED OR ELIMINATED. BY SIGNING THIS FORM, YOU ARE GIVING UP YOUR CHILD’S RIGHT AND YOUR RIGHT TO RECOVER FROM SHOOTERS WORLD, LLC IN A LAWSUIT FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, TO YOUR CHILD OR ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE THAT RESULTS FROM THE RISKS THAT ARE A NATURAL PART OF THE ACTIVITY. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO SIGN THIS FORM, AND SHOOTERS WORLD, LLC HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO LET YOUR CHILD PARTICIPATE IF YOU DO NOT SIGN THIS FORM. AS THE PARENT OR GUARDIAN, YOU AGREE TO BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANYTHING THAT RESULTS FROM THE MINOR’S ACTIONS INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS, PHYSICAL DAMAGE, AND/OR DEATH.
