Membership Terms and Conditions

By becoming a member, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Billing: Your credit card on file will be billed monthly on the date your membership was purchased. If this card fails to charge, the secondary payment method provided will be billed.

2. Automatic Renewal: Memberships will automatically renew monthly. By agreeing to these terms, you provide affirmative consent to this automatic renewal.

3. Membership Benefits: Your membership benefits may be used for services of lesser or equal value, but they do not hold any cash value.

4. Accrued Benefits: Any accrued or rollover membership benefits will not be available during a membership freeze period or if the membership payment is past due. Any accrued benefit that is not used within 12 months will expire. Unused or accrued membership benefits will expire immediately upon termination of the membership.

5. Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time after 30 days from signing up. Cancellation can be done online or through our mobile app. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any portion of the membership fee.

6. Non-Transferable: Your membership is non-transferable and is only valid for the individual who signed up.

7. No Show Policy: If you do not call or show up for a scheduled appointment, you may forfeit your membership benefit for that service.

8. Appointment Availability: All appointments are subject to availability, and it is strongly recommended that you schedule appointments in advance.

9. Code of Conduct: Members are expected to uphold a respectful and courteous demeanor. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

10. Privacy: We value your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability: Our liability to you in connection with your membership is limited to the amount of the membership fee paid by you. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages except as required by applicable law.

12. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the company is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your membership shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the state where the company is headquartered. This provision does not apply to claims that can be brought in small claims court.

14. Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and continued use of your membership after such notice constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

15. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the company regarding your membership and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
