Charterer Hired Vessel for Private Charter
The customer acknowledges and agrees they have hired this vessel for a private charter on the date(s) and time(s) as indicated on the Bareboat Charter Agreement.
Hired Captain for Private Charter
The charterer acknowledges and agrees they chose the selected captain from a list to operate this vessel for a private charter on the date(s) and time(s) as indicated on the Bareboat Charter Agreement.
Food & Beverage Delivery
The charterer has ordered their own drinks/food from another provider and hired Mai Tai Charters to pick up, deliver and manage all catered food and beverages. All expenses are paid for by the charterer.
Drug, Alcohol, Risk and Damage – Release of liability
The customer acknoleges they cannot and will not have any illegal substances on board even to include medical marijuana. The customer has paid for and provided their own alcohol on a vessel they have taken responsibility for. Drinking alchohol can increase risks and the Charterer takes full responsibily and assumes liability for death or injury to themselves or passengers and to any and all damage to chartered vessel and any other materinal items. Activities such as swimming, floating and being in the water have inhearent risks. Therefore, the customer and guests are responsible and liable for their own safety and liable for all injury, harm or death to themselves, passengers or to others. The Charterer is fully liable for all loss or damage to life and property. The charterer will not hold the Charter company, owners, Captain, crew, staff or any other entity at fault and assumes full responsibility and liability. Should the Captain deem the charter at risk, he/she can terminate the charter at anytime with no liability for repayment or blame. In addition, the Charterer takes full physical and financial responsibility for their guests- listed on the manifest.
Pre / Post Inspection
The charterer has inspected the vessel for damages. All notable damages to be listed listed below, otherwise Charterer agrees the boat is in good condition. If there are any post charter damages the Charterer will report those and understands they are liable for the full cost of repairs and lost time out of service plus $500 for management to repair. If the Charterer and passengers leave to the boat “excessivly” dirty a $200 cleaning charge may be applied to the card on file.
Excessive = Vomit, trash all around vessel, makeup, wax, food dye, food left not in trash, party favors. Other things beyond an expected boat charter.
